Tyre City, Chippenham: i called this morning with an engine warning problem, drove in and they fixed the issue very quickly and efficient. Both people who served me were very helpful and gave excellent service. I would highly recommend this branch, we have the same car annual service and mot done here due to the positive experience we always have.

Thank you to the staff at Tyre City Aldershot who got me out of a pickle with a flat tyre and brand new valve stem. Really helpful and very professional in getting the job done enabling me to get on my way

Amazing service from Gary at Redditch Tyre City. Did my car service with a discount and done a really good job, car is running so much better now. Wouldn’t go anywhere else, highly recommend.

Had an emergency on the motorway after a tyre split. Tow truck took us to Tyre City in Luton and they were brilliant! They changed one of my tyres but had checked all four to show me that two other tyres needed replacing. One had ‘bubbled’ and the other was down to bare minimum tread. They checked my wheel alignment and advised on what needed doing but didn’t push for the business as they knew we had another 250 miles to get home. Really honest and helpful from start to finish especially as I was accompanied by my wife, 3 children and a dog! Thanks a lot fellas - couldn’t have been more helpful!

I went to Tyre City Coulsdon a while ago to get my tyres changed, and there were two guys was looking at my behind whenever I turned around one of them was the store manager. Would never return by myslelf again. One of them was also on their mobile phone and did not speak to me in a respectful way.

The service I received was professional and friendly. I am very grateful for Les and his team at the guildford centre for going over and above to help me out of my emergency situation, exemplary service

I needed 2 Tyre's after discovering my existing were shot. I called the Guys at Tyre City in Ware lands road Middlesbrough, used them before and they have never let me down. Stuart and Nick couldn't have been more helpful , sorted me out in no time, 2 tyre's and all tracking done in no time and being a 'Sheilder' made me feel safe in the Office , cleaning and sanitizers available and no physical contact. Thanks Guys.

Went to kwik fit and was let down drastically the guys at tyre city Doncaster got me back on the road within two hours after ordering two tyres that kwik-fit couldn’t get for two days

Cant be more thankful for the Tyre City Redditch branch. After discovering my car had severely and unevenly worn tyres, I had to look about for some same day replacement tyres. After being let down by OTHER tyre fitters, I eventually went to this garage and was pleased and relieved that they had suitable tyres to fit same day on the affected vehicle. They also sorted out my tracking alignment thanks to their (if I'm right) state of the art '4-wheel laser alignment rig' and to boot, the steering wheel has been centred perfectly after the procedure. Definitely glad I went here to sort the car out and I would highly recommend this branch for future work on my vehicle and anyone else's vehicle for that matter.

Had 2 new tyres fiited, and air conditioning re-gassed. A prompt friendly service, would recommend.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

They damaged my car and then denied it and I’m left with a bill to repair it.
There customer service is shocking. They are rude, uncaring and a bunch of liars.
I’m totally appalled. They actually lift car with hands underneath wheel arches to remove pads and drop car afterwards!

Problem with my tyre was identified which was missed by a main dealership. Valve replaced and no issues since

I have been to Tyre City three times now. Last time two years ago.
So I was pleased to hear a familiar voice when I phoned.
When you get there you see the same team as last time.
Efficient polite guys getting on with it. Prices...best in town.
And then...
Going beyond the call of duty to get bits for my 21 year old car.
Will never go anywhere else.
Next time they gonna get Blue Ribands. Or summat like that.

Had a flat tyre AA did temp repair went down to tyre city Inverness needed two new tyres on the front got them ordered. Great service from James Kal Simon and the rest of the team. Always polite helpful and great price to wouldn't go anyway else. Also got 10% of for NHS . Your Great keep up the good work.

Absolutely Shocked!
The service & customer care really shocked me.Most Garages I've experienced will do everything they can to relieve you from as money as physically possible.This isn't the case with them, kind & very informative & helpful.
My regret is I used other garages for too long, I'm kicking myself for NOT using them sooner.I'd have saved money & not felt I've been ripped off .

After a rear tyre blew out on my car on the A66 shortly prior to Scotch Corner at about 10:00 that day, whilst I and my wife were on route to Hull. The vehicle had to be recovered. whilst waiting for the recovery truck I called a number of local tyre suppliers to see if any had the size tyre I required in stock, in the course of which I spoke to Alannah, one of your staff at the Darlington depot. She was freindly, polite and helpful and although not having the right size on the shelves (something that I anticipated might be the case as it was a 265/30/19 fitment) assured me that she would be able to order one for delivery early that afternoon. She offered to call me back to confirm the order, which she did promptly a few minutes later

Recovery duly arrived and took the vehicle to your depot, arriving shortly before 12. I was met by Nigel, who was clearly already fully aware of the situation, which was very reassuring. His manner was freindly and professional with the current social distancing working practices for Tyre City explained. After a short wait the tyre was delivered as promised and work started on removal. Unfortunately I did not have the key for the locking wheel nut. I have not had the car long and had not realised that it was missing when I purchased it. This did not deter the Nigel and he set about finding a means of removal of the wheel nut with good grace and a high degree of skill.

Once the wheel nut was removed work started on removel of the blown tyre from the rim, which again called for some degree of resourcefulness as the inner tyre wall had seperated from the rest of the tyre carcass and as a result was for all intents and purposes stuck on the wheel without the usual option of leverage. Needless to say, with the combined efforts of all three of your fitters Nigel, Alannah and Tyler, a workable solution was found.

The rest of the fitting of the new tyre went smoothly, but I would like to express my thanks to your staff for going so much above and beyond the call of duty and providing such an excellent level of service. They were all extremely polite and corteous throughout and in addition the cost of the tyre and fitting was very competetive.

Having had the opportunity of observing your three staff there and having been dealt with by each of them at some point (Tyler dealt with the invoice and payment) it was clear to me that they each take a high degree of pride in their work and are on hand to help each other out as needed. I was impressed by this level of mutual support, which I recognise as being efficient working practice.

From my own personal point of view it certainly provided a positive experience that rescued what could otherwise have been a rather bad day.
