Aldershot Tyre City, sorted the tracking on my Volvo and fitted new brake discs and pads. Also did an around winter check - So grateful to be safe on the road again! I'm a busy mum, had to take in dog and kids with me - no problem! Andre was very nice, right pricing and quickly done - very pleased, Thank you!

Called in with what I believed to be a slow puncture on my 30 year old MX5. I was prepared for one new tyre or even a matching pair as they are quite old.

They had the wheel off in a jiffy, worked out that it was only the valve, fitted a new one, re-fitted the wheel and then checked all the others for wear. Then they then checked the air in all the tyres and set the correct torque settings on the locknuts.

Cost: it's on us, they said, we'll see you when you next need a tyre!

visited tyre city in kidderminster for a tyre change and it was one of the best experiences i have had going to a tyre shop, Andy and the team was all friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them, i had 2 tyres and the alignment done at a good price and in quick time will use you for all my tyre needs in the future,
i would like to point out that they used seat covers and face covering when moving my car and using hand sanitiser during my visit there was also some sanitiser in the waiting area and on the reception desk, well done all

I would like to thank Gary and Ray for their first class service i experienced today. I was made welcomed, given freandly and professinal advise. After replacing my battery, they checked all over the car for any issues. I will be going there to replace my tyres soon.

Both my rear tyres needed topping up with air every couple of days. Whilst in South Wales I got an MOT at KwikFit and asked them to check my rear tyres and was told there wasn't a problem.
Still my tyres lost air so on return to Coulsdon I went to TyreCity and the guys removed the wheels and did a very thorough check of both tyres and found tiny punctures in both which they repaired. The tyres have retained the air since then. Great job by a team of very polite, friendly guys.

BMW 740d tyre was growing an egg,(haha) your guy went out of his way to get me a tyre. The mechanic who changed the tyre was very professional. Going to use Tyre City for all future requirements. Well Done Team.

I made contact via telephone to tyrecity Huddersfield branch. Liam was extremely helpful, and informative. They was no pushy sales talk like other places. Liams knowledge and customer service skills, Left me feeling reassured, and I instantly booked my car in for x4 new tyres. Upon arrival Liam was very helpful and professional. I cannot fault this place what so ever. I shall most definitely use in the future.

Tyre City Doncaster - Booked in for a blowing exhaust, phone was answered promptly and an appointment to suit me was arranged. I arrived late due to an accident but was told it was no problem and I was given a call back time. I was called back and a price given, I was then allowed time to think about the cost, and I called back to say to go ahead. I was called back when the work was completed. I was shown my old exhaust and the new one fitted. Tony was the man I dealt with, and he could not have been more polite, respectful and his customer service skills were second to none. I hope Tony gets to read this and gets recognition for his great work. Thank you I will use this service again.

I am at loss as to why I was quoted £200 for a 245/40/19Y tyre for a BMW at Tyre City on Foleshill Road COVENTRY when buying online from their website was costing me £164.00 including wheel balancing and fitting. What kind of rip off is this? You may get away with ripping off the vulnerable customer, you quoted the wrong price to some one who is not a mug or a fool. I managed to replace my tyre yesterday at half the cost. Do your homework before visiting these sites.

I was gifted 4 new wheels and wanted them fitted. I went to three places, tyre city being the last one. I thought that maybe it couldn't be done as no one was telling me exactly what rings I needed. I was starting to give up hope, and then I got the exact measurements of rings I needed from Kamal who works there, and came back with the rings and got them fitted with no problems. Very happy with the service :)

Went to Tyre City Christchurch today for two new tyres and a puncture.
Staff were amazing and could not have been more helpful ,very busy but managed to fit me in and did a excellent job on fitting two tyres and the puncture.

The service I received at Tyre City Bromsgrove was professional and efficient. Jordon and Stuart were friendly and helpful.

Tuesday 01 Sept, Tyre City , New North Road, Huddersfield Op Manager JASON SHUTE.
Had slow puncture, NS/Rear, - arrive at 08.55 and had puncture repaired promptly and efficiently, all done by 09.25. Had bought Tyre Care in May - so this visit was for free!! This garage has consisitently given good advice, followed by first class service and are my tyre fitting company of choice.

I WENT INTO TYRECITY ON BAILLIESTON ROAD. GLASGOW.
I HAD BOUGHT 2 TYRES ON LINE AND NEEDED THEM, FITTED. I WENT IN AT 9.05AM, THERE WERE NO CARS IN YET AND 5 OF A STAFF STANDING IN THE YARD DOING NOTHING, I ASKED ABOUT HAVING THE TYRES FITTED TO MY CAR AND WAS NOT WORRIED ABOUT HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST, MY REQUEST WAS REFUSED AS THEY COULD NOT FIT TYRES NOT BOUGHT FROM THEM I SHOOK MY HEAD AND WALKED OFF, THEY WOULD RATHER STAND ABOUT DOING NOTHING THAN MAKE A BIT OF MONEY FOR THE COMPANY, I HAD VOWED I WOULD NOT USE THIS GARAGE AGAIN AFTER A BAD EXPERIENCE WHEN IT WAS CALLED KWIK FIT BUT I DECIDED TO GIVE IT ANOTHER CHANCE AS MAYBE THE NEW NAME WOULD BRING BETTER PRACTISES.

Went into Tyre City Bromsgrove, to have my tyres checked, as a warning light had come on in my car.
Jordan checked all four of my tyres and sorted out the problem. He was really helpful and courteous and I appreciated the fact that he sorted the problem within 10 minutes . I had come from out of town and was not familiar with the area so thank you Jordan for saving my day.

On Sunday the 23rd Aug 20 I went into the Inverness branch and got a quote for 2 tyres and wheel alignment, fantastic come back Monday 24th at 16:00, the tyres had arrived as said, to my surprise the on duty manager refused to do the alignment because of the system they use!!! Because I have lane departure on my cx5 and somehow this information was not mentioned on Sunday??? I had to go to Mazda!! I called Mazda and was told this was incorrect by the service manager on loud speaker and still he refused to do the alignment. I did however get the tyres at a reasonable price but now have to get another garage To do the alignment.not impressed with the manager but was with the tyre fitting service.
