I make complain, around next day some contact with me with resolution which Could be Even Maybe same day. That was 30th december. Today we have 4th january and still nobody back to me. JOKE that is What i think about whole this case.

Really great service from Andre and his colleague at the Tonbridge centre. Phoned yesterday to have a tyre fitted which they didn't have in stock. They managed to get one and it was fitted within an hour. I had already phoned a number of other suppliers who were not able to accomodate the fitting so I was thrilled to get this done.

This is the second time of using tyrecity for my service. Very friendly and helpful Will recommend to anyone

I recently had a service and some repair done by Nigel he was very pleasant and helpful I will recommend to all my friends

Ordered tyres on line and made an appointment for fitting. A really efficient service especially as I ordered the wrong size. They immediately reordered and made a new appointment for me in a couple of days which over the New Year and being suddenly in Tier 4 is superb service.

I found the staff helpful. Offering good advice and a very competitive price. Defiantly the first choice in the local area.

Persistent slow deflation of a front tyre. I went to Tyre City Haselmere / Weyhill. They were really busy, but scheduled me in. They found the problem (a faulty value that the main garage hadn't found!). Fixed it. And since they'd only recently checked & replaced some brake pads for me / tracking for me, they did it without charge. I won't go anywhere else in future

After hitting a pot hole in town on Monday afternoon my tyre was not holding air so popped into Tyre City. Josh was immediately on the case and found that in actual fact it was a damaged wheel rim causing the issue. Whilst not a service offered he helped reshape the wheel to hold air - alignment was also way out. Despite a short-term powercut he managed to get me on my way without delay. Polite and supportive in my hour of need. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks a million from this Somerset lad.

Tyre City Eastbourne, good, quick efficient service and always friendly and willing to help and go the extra mile. I would recommend them to anyone for tyres, MOT, or for a service.

Came on Sunday afternoon with a flat, worried it would cost me a new tyre. Within minutes (!) the problem was traced to a leaking valve. Tyre off, new valve, tyre back on and balanced. Within half an hour a was on my way again!

I wasn't aware that you dealt with Motability cars. I was pleased to find that you did, as I have had problems with Kwik Fit in town centre, ( they are rude and unhelpful). I was greeted pleasantly and was dealt with quickly. I was allowed to sit and wait, whereas with Kwik Fit you have to go away and make appointments whereas here I just turned up and was dealt with.

I bought 5 off 205 55 16 Michelin part-worn tyres 7+ mm from these cowboys. These were supposed to be pressure tested but one had a hole and the other a rip in the side-wall.
Would not buy again

Fitted a new set of Winter tyres, excellent service from Peter and his colleague as always.

I had to go to Tyre City a couple of days ago when I got a puncture. The guys could see that I was disabled and asked me to either sit in a room inside or back to my car. I opted for the car. Within a couple of minutes, the lovely Carlos came over and asked me to put my car in a bay. As I moved to get out of the car After I had done this, I went to get out of my car but Carlos asked me to stay in the car . He did absolutely everything that was necessary keeping me up to speed. Carlos was quick,efficient, professional and very respectful and polite. I'd definitely return there and recommend friends to go there too. For a disabled older lady to be treated so politely in today's world was an absolute delight. Thank you so much Carlos.

I phoned first thing this morning and was told I could have my MOT done at half 1! Very honest guys and very helpful with advice, I'll definitely recommend them.

Brilliant service from the lads in Rotherham tyre city. Good prices too .
Nothing was too much trouble when I brought my transit custom work van in for new tyres and battery. Was back on the road within the hour!
