Oh Dear!! Fareham Branch. I have been going to what is Tyre City, before HTS (Hampshire Tyre Service) for around 25 years. I have noticed they have lost much of the personal touch and seem to have a high staff turnover. Went in Tuesday ordered tyres for today, arrived; hmm no record, tyres were there though.....so all good, even after not being able to find any record of my previous years and years of purchases. I took the two wheels there of the car because they are rare fully refurbished BBS 19 Jaguar Montreal wheels for a 1994 XJR. Get home and one of the stainless steel rims in "mullered." Why oh why cannot employees or business hold up their hand if they make a mistake. This will cost me £250 to repair. Yes, Tyre City I will be making a formal complaint.

The previous place I tried before Tyrecity, Mr Clutch Autocentre at the Rotunda Industrial Estate just round the corner, was far too busy closing for the day at 16:00, inspite of the fact that they also do tyres.

Both my twin and I have had PS4S tyres put on our cars at the Nottingham branch. Phil leads from the front with the other lads working hard. No issues and a good job well done at the right price. Cheers lads.

Had four tyres fitted today in Rotherham branch. Very good experience, I have had one or two bad experiences having tyres fitted, but not this time. Upbeat staff, all tyres fitted under a half hour. Would go again. Thank you lads.

I called in with a puncture, James gave great fast service fixing it hassle free. I will certainly consider this company for other motor vehicle requirements.

Tyre City Fareham - slick, courteous, well-managed and unbeatable value. Great advice too.

Another stressless day at city tyres, much appreciated after driving the stressful ungritted winter roads of Inverness-shire that has inadvertently caused damage to my car again. I'm an essential key worker that has to use the roads on a regular basis. I've dealt with these guys a few times now. No drama's and always no problem's afterwards. Kamal, (think he's the shop manager, not sure), always on hand with good advice. Cheers again guy's,,

Like to point out that Jordan at the bromsgrove branch found my wallet in bromsgrove and handed it in to the newsagents where I was able to retrieve it..didn’t leave his name but I was able to track him down to tyre city..a good honest citizen and I would buy tyres off somebody like Jordan..thanks again..and I enjoyed the coffee and cake I purchased for you which you declined with thanks.

Took my wife’s Nissan Juke to have the battery tested. Seen straight away by staff. Battery teste and was not holding charge to a high enough level.
Informed of test and price of new battery.
New battery fitted, radio codes reset. Time from entering to leaving approximately 30 minutes.
Excellent service highly recommended.

Called in with what I believed to be a slow puncture on my new but secondhand VW Golf. I was prepared for either a costly repair or one new tyre.

They checked the right rear wheel as was indicated on the dash, found nothing wrong with it.

Then Mick thought lets check the other side.
low and behold it had a small screw stuck in it, hence the slow pressure. They had the wheel off in a jiffy, sorted the tyre and re-fitted the wheel. They then checked the air in all the tyres and set the correct settings.
Tyler, Mick and Steve were amazing and professional.

Cost: it's on us, they said. All NHS staff, puncture repair was free!
To which i was shocked and appreciated their help and service during these challenging times.

A BIG THANK YOU. i will take your adivice and get the tyres checked reqularly .

we at laranca Engineering ltd have used tyre city for a number of years the small team Garry Jerry & Ray we find very efficient you drop your car off or just call
in you drive away with confidence wheel torqued & all tyres pressures set correctly they have even topped up the screen washers would not go any were else
credit to that good team

Absolutely fantastic service very prompt very polite and professional, dropped my car off with a steering problem they found fixed and back on the road within 3 hours great service thank you
