It is part of a multi-brand European group (AD Tyres / Maxityre ecosystem)
Maxityre and AD Tyres operate as large-scale distributors with multiple domains and brands across Europe.

Ordered tyres online through TyreLeader and unfortunately the experience has been extremely frustrating from start to finish.

One tyre was never delivered, and we have clear evidence of non-delivery, yet we are still waiting for reimbursement. This has left us in a difficult position as we cannot safely use the car while the issue remains unresolved.

Customer service has been polite in tone but not effective in practice, responses feel scripted and do not resolve the actual problem. Despite multiple exchanges, including PayPal dispute steps, collecting evidence, and follow-ups with the garage, the issue is still ongoing.

The time and effort required to manage this has been significant, including visits to the garage, coordinating documentation, and chasing updates. The garage itself has also been frustrated by the lack of clarity and resolution.

Overall, what should have been a simple tyre purchase has turned into a prolonged and stressful process. I would strongly recommend being very cautious and making sure you understand both delivery responsibility and total costs before ordering online with this company.

Bought a continental 110 90 R18...the tyre I received was 100 wall.

I got to choose the exact tyres I wanted and got them fitted in a place convenient to me and at a time that suited me.

Customer service was brilliant. I made a mistake ordering,which could have been a major problem. I emailed the company and it was all sorted out the following day. Delivery was prompt and the quality was superb. The tyres had a 5 rating for low noise and I have to admit that I was astonished by how silent they were. The only drawback for me was that there was no garage within 60 miles that they could be delivered to for fitting. I am delighted with my purchase and will be.dealing with Tyreleader in future.

I've been buying tyres from Tyreleader for years without issues but finally had to deal with their support team after ordering the wrong tyres and needing to return them. It's been an absolute disaster.

I refused delivery at the door, DPD sent the tyres back to them and they confirmed receipt of the tyres on the 18th May. Everything should've been fine, but they kept refusing to process the refund due to 'waiting on the warehouse team to confirm' x y and z.

I've been back and forth with them for over a month now and the vast majority of my interactions have been with what I am almost certain was an AI chatbot. Em dashes everywhere, cookie cutter responses, excessively wordy and constantly repeating itself. They wouldn't confirm if it was human or not at any point in the interactions.

At some point a human did take over but they only helped refund half the order, which got lost in shipping. After which point they stopped replying entirely. I'm now out over 250 euro with no refund in sight.

EU Consumer Law and their Terms of Sale both state that the refund must be processed in 14 days of receipt of goods but they have shown no interest in respecting either.

Avoid at all costs.

Edit: Despite their swiftness in posting replies to the reviews, still no response to my ticket even after another follow up. Guess AI must be helping them give the illusion of attentiveness here too...

The tyres were exactly the way it was described online. The transaction was smooth and straightforward. The payment plan is pocket friendly. I will people looking for good and reliable tyres to buy from Tyreleader.

Like the concept but execution while OK could be improved in a couple of areas. There was no ETA provided for delivery or notification sent when the tyres arrived at the fitting partner (I had to check the portal on a regular basis). Some sort of booking service for the fitting provider would be useful (my local tyre fitter doesn't have one themselves for example).

Price wise they were competitive (but not amazing). Given the country of origin consumer protection is a concern when things go wrong (no issues this time thankfully). There were some model of tyres I would have considered but weren't available to order too.

Will probably use again (this was very much a "try it and see" order) but not 100% sold on tyreleader as a vendor.

I paid for my tyres and was waiting for nearly 3 weeks for them to arrive wait time far to long far to long wont be using this company again
AVOID if your in a hurry to hve tyre delivered i tink my tyres came by snail rather then fast delivery
