Great experience my first time buying tyres online but I'll definitely be doing it again fast delivery no issues and really good selection. Had them fitted locally for 30 euro a tyre so all in i made a really good saving

Fresh tyres
Fresh tyres, checked the manufacturers date, nice and plyable.
Have yet to fit them, next week or the week after at the latest, as soon as my ramp is free.
Just took a wee bit longer to arrive than expected.
Fortunately I was not rushed for them.

Very long delivery 🫤
I ordered a set of tyres for a bike trip I was to go on and obviously I wanted to fit them before I left ,,
A week before I was due to leave I received one tyre , I couldn’t understand this I ordered them both at the same time , I waited and waited for the second tyre and it never came in time I had to go buy in my local bike shop and got the tyres fitted so I went on my trip ,
Two days into my trip my wife sent me a picture of the tyre it had just got delivered to the house ,, now I’ve a brand new tyre in my house
Absolutely ridiculous I didn’t get them both at the same time , still very annoyed about this

If you have not already done so, please open a ticket with our after-sales service via your customer account so our agents can review your order and the late delivery in detail, and look into the most suitable solution for the tyre received after your departure.

order was placed reference numbers for tracking arrived and the correct tyres were delivered without any complications. Very satisfied.

Our first order didn't arrive
Our first order didn't arrive. It took 30 days before the issue could be resolved. It was lost in transit so we had to order it again. The second order did arrive but it was slower than expected.
