Great service again from Darren at tyre pros with all work carried out very professionally and my car left clean and tidy. I will be back as and when next service interval and tyres need addressing. Many thanks from a very happy customer who appreciates your professionalism and the care given for my car.

I needed the tyre pressure to be checked and George at Tyrepros in Guildford was really helpful. He checked all the tyre pressures, adjusted them and then stored them on the car's vehicle settings. I've bought tyres from this branch before but the assistance provided today was complementary - it's great when the ongoing customer service is excellent and that's why I will use them again and recommend them.

The Hemel Hempstead branch on Two Waters Road could not have been more helpful in the not so simply process of changing some rounded wheel nuts on my Fiesta. Thank you!

Poor pre Christmas experience, sent here via quick fit who were fully booked for puncture repair. On arrival one car in garage no signs of being super busy. Explained difficulty of situation being a local NHS worker & need to get car back on road asap. Rude dismissive & told nothing could be done. Really sad 😞 local business that clearly didn’t want to give us their business or even go any way in trying to help. In the end had to drive car to

My car had a brake light go out on the 23rd December so I popped into the Holt, North Norfolk branch to see if they could help. I was advised by the front of house guy who I believe was called Wayne that they were fully booked for the day but to pop back at 4:30pm. I did so and they not only replaced the bulb but checked my Tyre pressure and reset the warning light on that for me as well. Wayne mentioned as he prepared my invoice that it had been manically busy all day and his lunch was still in his car, this was at gone 5pm. Amazing customer service, I was dealt with extremely politely and courteously even though I image they felt I was a typical helpless female, they did not make me feel that way. Definitely worthy of a 5 star review.

It was Christmas Eve Eve afternoon, and I got a puncture - all the garages Green flag called & my usual garage were closing early for the Christmas break - leaving me potentially stranded without a car until new year (car has no spare of course,) Called Tyre pros Tonbridge who waited for my pickup truck after they officially closed, and fitted my tyres at a good price too. Thank you Tom. What a complete star. Just don’t offer him a mince pie as he doesn’t like them.

I recommend many friends to Tyre Pros Maidstone as THE place to go to get super service and prices and they tell me that they would go back again without hesitation.
I had reason to go there again myself on the 24th Nov.2023 to have 2 Michelin PS5's fitted to my BMW M240i on the rear. The Manager Dylan Hudson as usual gave me his customary personal attention which is valued by myself and my friends as this sets the tone to his staff in operating a very professional outfit.

His meticulous attention to detail over and above the competition around sets the bar. I had never seen anyone buff off where the old weights were on the back of the wheel nor indeed to offer me black weights to match my gloss black wheels-I never knew they existed!
I had previously had both my cars' wheel alignment done on their Hunter laser machine by Dylan which is capable of adjusting camber as well as toe on upmarket cars-they also do Aircon re-gassing and some service items as well as normal tyre requirements.

All in all well done Dylan and his team!

Flipping amateurs. Bought new tyres and while fitting they did some " inspection ". Then logged my milage with 20k extra. There is no way to take it back. Now in national database discrepancies will show. Taking vehicle value right down. Thats Lichfield branch

MOT - clearly couldnt be bothered! booked appointment through kwik fit, when arrived they said they were running late as they only had one mechanic. waited 45 mins, then they started, only to refuse to do it as the petrol cap wouldnt open. we opened it no problem, however mechanic didnt feel 'safe' to continue and that he would refund our money and basically to go away. must be a pure coincidence that it was a friday afternoon! really poor, caused us more hassle and stress to resolve as we needed it doing. never again. must be doing really well to be ok to lose customers like this

One of my tyres got a puncture and I drove it to Tyre Pros in Holt, North Norfolk. They were extremely busy, however they managed to fit my car in and changed the tyre. They were very helpful and went beyond the normal customer support to ensure we could return to our hotel. I was most impressed by their high level of commitment and workmanship. Many thanks.

I took my car here to have a nail removed from a nearly new tyre (only 3 weeks old) that was slowly deflating.

The nail was in the middle of the tyre well within the limits of what could be repaired, which should have been an easy repair. I was informed that the nail was too close to the edge of the tyre and then shown a fictitious image showing a very large long nail protruding into the tyre. I was then told it wouldn’t be possible to repair the tyre and sadly I would have to buy a new tyre from them for £180 to replace and fix the problem (the same tyre was £30 cheaper 3 weeks prior elsewhere)

I then took the tyre to a different tyre firm and they removed the tack (yes small felt tack) and repaired the puncture for £18!

I am appalled at the lengths this company will go to cheat honest people just to make money. Beware of this company and don’t trust them, personally I would just go to a reputable trustworthy firm and not here.

I had a flat tyre early this morning, booked it online for 10am. Lee was very understanding and explained that I needed a second tyre with help from Ethan in Tonbridge Tyrepros did an excellent job to put two new tyres in front to finish in 30 minutes. Best customer service all round would highly recommend them to change your tyres and other jobs.

What an amazing experience. Horrible wet,cold morning but all 4 staff still cheerful, professional, helpful and could not have done more to help me even though a very small job. Service exceptional.Would recommend them to anybody.
