I can not praise Tyre Pros Bordon…

I can not praise Tyre Pros Bordon enough, in particular James. My tyre needed renewing but there was a problem with the locking nut which was damaged.
James tirelessly stayed on the phone sourcing me a new one, however when I arrived the next day he advised me that it needed welding because of further problems. Luckily it was remedied fairly quickly.
Such a hard working tyre garage and great customer service.

Useless

Pre-booked an MOT. Arrived on site and they couldn't do it as car too big for the ramp. Said they couldn't process a refund on site and I would need to phone head office. Head Office said that they could have done it if they'd wanted to.

Very friendly and helpful service in March

Very friendly and helpful service from the entire team at the March PE15 location!
Had very competitive and low cost quoted for good tyres and my allignment. During the inspection they advised on a few minor issues and repaired these at again a very good price, I couldn't find anywhere any cheaper.
A very friendly bunch who all know exactly what they are doing in this particular location!

Horrendous customer service at Barnet…

Horrendous customer service at Barnet branch EN5. Having called earlier in the day at 8.15am I was advised to return any time during the day with them closing at 6pm. I asked if I needed to book and specific time and was told no, anytime would be fine. I attended at 1710hrs and was told in no uncertain terms that they wouldn’t even check my tyre (slow puncture) in preparation to order a replacement tyre in for fitting the following day! Rude, nonchalant gentleman and £250 lost business as the smaller, independent fitter around the corner did the job that evening and at a cheaper price! Lesson learnt and I won’t be returning to the ‘Tyre Pros’ any time soon!

The worst customer service I have…

The worst customer service I have experienced in my 40 years of life! My booking at TyrePros Gillingham (ME7 1DE) was postponed twice due to the lack of free ramps in the workshop! Finally, I left the car at 10:00am and was supposed to pick it up at 12:00. When I came back at 12:30, the car was still parked in front of the garage and the shift manager mocked that they were very busy. When I said that they shouldn't have booked, he started shouting at me and swearing that I wouldn't use their services again... Worst customer service ever!
I advise you to avoid this workshop!!!

Had a slow flat appearing on my Kia Sorrento, so called around and found Tyre Pro. Decided the best thing would be to take the wheel off and take it down, to which the team there were brilliant, and was able to plug the leak. However, next day the tyre was flat again, not due to the plug but because we live in England and our roads are covered in debris, so I had another puncture within the space of 24 hours!
At this point I'd had enough so thought it easier to call around and get someone out on the drive to just replace the tyre, rather than mess about, but the schedules were weeks out, so I called Tyre Pro again to see if they could help, which I'm pleased to say they could! The issue I have is their pricing. I was initially given a quote for £203, which was £40 more than Kwik Fit or Black Circles, so I questioned it and he said he had gotten it wrong and it was £143, which is brilliant!
So I again, removed the tyre to help them out, drove it down there and went to pick it up, to be charged £185(!). That's more than the Kwik Fit were charging to change the tyre of my driveway.
If they'd charged the price they quoted I would have given them 5 stars.

I had a flat tyre, AA brough me to this shop and I couldn't recommend them higher, new tyre was put on in no time and very friendly and welcoming staff!- Josh

Misquoting then adding 50% more to price of repair. Extremely expensive

Booked car for MOT, they detected an issue and quoted me around £250 for repair. I agreed to repair. The next day they phoned to tell me the repair will be over £350; no apologies for misquoting, no explanation, nothing. Upon collecting (to take elsewhere to fix - and by the way, for even less that these have initially quoted), they told me that I need to rebook for MOT once car is repaired and that I would need to pay the fee again. They tried to scare me by stressing how few working days I have to get this arranged. Obviously I am not ever going back to those dudes. First and most certainly the last time i had any dealings with them.

Steer clear!!!

So a gem of a car was booked in for 5 new tyres and an MOT, 16 Jan 2024. Approximately £650 worth of work!
However the staff at Stevenage were so rude and judgemental, especially one member of the team, that I left without having the car touched and screamed as I left I was so furious.
Fortunately there were witnesses, however, no one apologised, or offered to intervene, which is actually much worse!
I had already explained to them why the car was not with me at 14.50. It was actually an hr and 10 minutes before the rude idiot, had originally booked the car in for, he changed it to 15.00 hrs based on the managers advice.
Had he actually been polite, I was aking for advice how to get the car there, as I had just come out of Lister hospital, and I had lost my phone!
Btw I am a postie in Stevenage and prior to that, a nurse for 30 years, so good luck with your future business.
Females or vulnerable people steer clear of Tyre Pros Stevenage High Street.
Also on the premises, I was also almost run over outside the shop, just before entering the reception area.
I had to get up against a wall, that was either by a member of staff or a customer, and the staff just watched!
Perhaps I should seek legal advice.

I know the date this occurred, as it was the 22nd anniversary of our brothers death. RIP Nige xx

£70 for front tracking only!!!

£70 for front tracking only!!!
How do you arrive at this for a 10 min adj of track rod ends?
Second time taken back and its still not tracked correctly
First time wheel was to the left and towing to left, now u have to hold wheel slightly to right to go forwards and veers to left when you let go of steering wheel
Blaming New expensive tyres which maybe the cause!!!!
Tyre pressures also confirmed as spot on

Excellent service, honest and helpful

Went to tyre pro, Cheltenham, this morning (sunday). Arrived 10am with no appointment. Had a slow puncture which I thought was caused by a screw that was embedded in the tyre. Turned out not to be caused by that. Lady said she could repair it which she did nd no charge. Amazing service,very polite, prompt. Would high recommend and will definitely return for any future issues for both me and my 4 car family.

Avoid unless you have unlimited time & patience

Lost 2 full days for seemily 1-2 hour appointments, repeatedly told parts on order but seems this was not the case, took 16 days to resolve smallest of issues & 4 occasions of 'we will ring you'.

Lastly, I now need to redo my MOT (at my expense) as the 10 day window for a retest has passed

Nice guys, but service akin to useless as I still have not successfully got a MOT (the reason for my visit).

Suggest you book anywhere else, irrespective of the drive time.

Went in for a puncture repair and sat…

Went in for a puncture repair and sat for over an hour and they hadn’t even looked at it . I was told there was no where else in watton Norfolk who did tyre repairs. Phoned fresh motors 1/2 mile up the road and they said they could do it straight away . Cost an extra 25p but worth it as a far better company. Better waiting area , comfortable, quite and friendly. Won’t use tyre pros again , not the first thing me I’ve had to sit around for a long time. I was also told by one of the managers to speak to him for a price on tyres and he would do a deal cheaper than buying them online so I went in and he wanted £20 more per tyre

My friend Angie put her car

My friend Angie put her car and misguided trust in Clapham Road Lowestoft, for a front near side brake problem. They have had her car for three months now, each time she called them they gave excuse after excuse, promising to phone her back, but never did. The latest excuse was that it needed a new ABS pump, but were having trouble getting one, but promised again to call her back, and never did.
As time went on and her calls were met again with Trouble finding the part. Her brother then went online and got the part delivered within three days, which was then given to the “garage” who promised again that the car would be ready within a week and they would phone her with their progress …..to date no call AGAIN!!!!

Poor service management

Booked a tyre replacement for a time slot and paid online. Turned up to be told they can’t do it as they don’t have time. Had to call service centre who refunded but takes 3-5 working days.
Waste of time. Go elsewhere
