Extremely happy with the service I received at Tyre Pros Wisbech. Staff team were great, particularly Colin, who was very knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. I came away feeling confident that I could not have received a better service, and I will definately use them again.

Today, I visited the Norwich Old Palace Road facility to have four new tires installed on my BMW 1 Series. Upon arrival, I was promptly greeted by a staff member named Leon. He addressed me by name and provided exceptional customer service throughout my visit. Leon informed me that my vehicle's tracking was misaligned and provided comprehensive information regarding this issue. Regrettably, due to current financial constraints, I was unable to authorize the correction at this time, but I intend to address it following my next pay period. It is important to note that Leon maintained a professional and non-pressuring demeanor, providing me with a printout of the alignment test results. The entire process was conducted with professionalism, and I felt completely at ease. Furthermore, the facilities were impeccably clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this location and its dedicated staff.

Recently had four tires replaced at very short notice all at a great price, I had a puncture 6 weeks later which luckily could be repaired which I was not charged for. The team and especially Reiss are great and I would highly recommended.

I went to Tyre Pros, London Road, Hemel Hempstead as tyre warning light on dashboard. They checked the tyres and made sure all were at the right psi. Staff are very efficient, friendly and informative.Have been there a few times now and never been let down.Would always recommend them.

Don’t waste your time at Chesham. Website suggested booking a tyre check if worried about a particular tyre so I did that. Got there; technician checked the tread and refused to check for a puncture as no availability to do the work. He said I should have booked a puncture check (which wasn’t available on the website). Said I should have phoned. How am I supposed to know that? So unhelpful and complete waste of my time. I then went to my usual place in Hemel who sorted on the spot.

Very good experience – highly recommended! They responded quickly to my questions, offered an excellent solution for my specific situation, and ensured fast delivery. My mechanic also appreciated the quality of the parts and the included extras, which made sure everything fitted perfectly.

Had to pop back into tyre pros Watton to fix an issue with a front tyre. Once again staff were very helpful and professional.

These guys sorted out my Tyres i could not get the right pressure so the light kept coming up on my dashboard but they sorted it out for me and the charge was nill cant get better than that Great

I can’t recommend these guys enough.
They were so helpful and knowledgable and thank goodness they were as the last time my cars tyres were balanced they were done wrong. TP Watton staff spotted it and fixed it in no time.

I went to STS tyre pros in East Grinstead after wasting 2-3 hours,unsuccessfuly,trying to get approval under the insurance we have with AutoProtect for the replacement of 3 tyres. In desperation I went to my goto company for anything to do with tyres and they got the problem sorted with a tale of woe about how long it took to achieve.

I have no hesitation in recommending them for any tyre problems.

Absolutely fabulous service. I called this morning as I had a blow out and they said to come straight in. I was back on the road within 15 minutes. The staff were very polite and helpful and definitely made my day much better than it could have been. I will be using them again nd recommending them.

I had driven to Gillingham to meet friends when my exhaust started growling like a tiger with a sore throat. The team at Tyre Pros in Gillingham were amazing. They went out of their way to get the correct part and fitted it quickly. They even checked my tyres while waiting for the exhaust part to arrive.
They were kind, friendly, caring and efficient. I was beyond impressed.

Called them at 09:15 this morning to see if they would take my daughters car as it was being recovered having had 2 blowouts. They could not have been more helpful. They took the car in at 09:50 and replaced the tyres, and sorted the alignment. She was back on the road within the hour! Such helpful gents and I would give 10 stars if I could!!

The team at Tyre Pro was super-helpful in helping to get me back on the road, in time for an important event. I turned up at 4pm on a Saturday afternoon and received the friendliest, most professional and good-humoured service ever, not to mention the excellent quality of tyres and fitting!

Booked online through Kwik Fit website (with 'Kwik Fit (Formerly Tyre Pros)' on New North Road, Huddersfield, HD1 5QR) for a brake fluid change, which was overkill anyway as I just needed my brakes bleeding after a mechanic friend of mine changed the pads and discs and a caliper he felt was weeping at the rear. As my mechanic friend did not have a lift and he only had time to bleed the caliper in the affected left corner with me, he advised that although the system was pressurised, but a slight spongey feeling at the top of the pedal would be best looked at by people with a lift to fully bleed the system and worst comes to worst, ask for a brake fluid change. Therefore I carefully drove the 0.5 mile down the road to the KwikFit after paying for a Brake Fluid Change just to be safe. I had used an older bottle of DOT4 (as required for my vehicle model) but was happy to pay for the fluid change to refresh the existing brake fluid to be on the safer side.

I took it in to this awful Kwik Fit, they didn't want me to work from their waiting room and said it would take a few hours at least as they didn't have DOT4 in stock and draining brake fluid apparently takes a few hours...... I had booked in the slot for 11am and they initially said they did not have me booked in, but then after showing my email confirmation, they accepted my key. I walked to find a coffee shop to work from, but on my way within about 10mins, I had a call saying that they refuse to work on a car that has had someone other than themselves changing parts on it. I explained it was a qualified mechanic friend, that I paid for a full fluid change for £50 paid up front, but wouldn't they at least undertake the 'Free Brake Safety Check' that is advertised all over their website and outside their workshop, but they refused to even do this. Numerous excuses were given from the initial caller, then during a follow-up call with the manager about 10mins later who was trying to accuse me of using the wrong type of brake fluid (it was the correct DOT4 but a few months old). I advised them that the brake fluid used to top off the system was in the boot so could have been looked at, and that I was just worried about the system having air in it (I said that the fluid may be aeriated causing some confusion), but that my only worry was that there was air in the presurised system (indicated by the spongey pedal at the top but full braking performance), and that I would prefer a professional mechanic change the fluid completely, or at least perform their much advertised 'Free Brake Safety Check' as I obviously do not have a lift to bleed them myself. They refused to even look at it, and didn't even move the car from where I parked it once (as I parked at a funny angle and this angle did not change whilst I walked off thinking my car would be at least moved in my appointment time of 11am). Absolutely shocking service from a place where you would expect them to want you to leave with safer brakes, than be so afraid to even look at a car where another mechanic/company had touched it previously. I walked back and waited until after 45 mins of them 'speaking to the manager' (and with my car in full view having still not been moved the entire time), the final expected phone call came with them continuing to refuse to even look at the car or offer a 'Free Brake Safety Check'. Frankly, I would recommend avoiding completely this place all together, as Kwik Fit (formerly Tyre "Pros") will waste your time and be rude whilst doing so. I would hate to think of what they would do if somebody had actually brought in a car with brake issues after paying another place to do a service they were not happy with, as it seems Kwik Fit would rather you drive off in a potentially unsafe vehicle than offer the standard 'Free Brake Safety Check' they advertise everywhere. Shocking, AVOID.
