Visited acle branch on Saturday 29th with 4 caravan tyre values that had perished. Amazing service quick helpful and highly recommend.

Attended Acle, Norfolk branch of Tyre Pros and discussed with Ross replacement of all 4 tyres on my car. He couldn't have been more helpful. Acceptable quote produced, tyres were subsequently ordered and an appointment booked to fit same. Attended in good time for my 8am appointment this morning and met with technician Keiran who was just brilliant and together with a colleague had all 4 tyres fitted and vehicle health check completed before 9am. Great service all round and I'm super impressed. Thank you gentlemen.

Found I had a slow puncture on Saturday afternoon and ended up calling Tyre Pros in St Leonards as they were the only tyre garage open, which I give them kudos for. Got quoted £32 for a repair, as my wheels have pressure sensors, so I took up to them. After 5 minutes the fitter came into their office and told me I needed 4 new tyres! I knew they were low, but still legal, but he proceeded to quote me for 4 new tyres until I made it clear I wouldn't be replacing the them that day. The tyre got repaired and I paid with a credit card, but as I was chatting to him I didn't take any notice of the figure on the card machine, but thought I'd get a receipt. No, I wasn't offered a receipt, but he took my email and said he'd forward the paperwork, so I assumed I'd get it that way.
I left the garage and drove about 2 miles, thinking the warning on the dash would go off, but it didn't so I took the car back and got them to have another look. Initially they thought the sensors had to be reset, but as that wasn't the case he decided to check the tyre pressures and found the pressure of the repaired tyre was well below that required! I came away and when I got home I opened the email to find the only thing he sent was the vehicle health check, but no receipt, so I checked my bank app and found he'd overcharged me by a couple of pounds. Not much, and maybe he had a reason, but to do that and not say why cheesed me off. It all annoyed me a bit more because in their office is a plaque with a long list saying all the steps they take to ensure the customer is looked after, but they didn't do half of them! Won't bother them again.

I just left tyre pros dunstable road luton. They have a recently new manager who is very engaging and knowledgable .Great service and like for like tyres a good price .I have used tyre pro for years and will use for years to come

The manager at Tyre Pros Maidstone is polite, friendly and very helpful.

He did my tracking and didn't charge extra for a minor repair to the exhaust that he carried out.

I have used this branch several times and have always received excellent service.

Brian at tyre pro went above and beyond to fix an issue with my car that had stumped 3 other garages. He was keen to help and exceptionally professional and kind in his approach. 5 stars all the way.

Arrived at Hemel Tyre Pros, without appointment needing a tyre repair at short notice, as I am a Driving Instructor, and my pupil had imminent driving test. Dan, and Ahsan managed to get me in straight away, repair the tyre, and check the car over.
Have used this venue, on several occasions,
and they always go the extra mile. Pupil passed test so everybody happy. Great service.

Visited the garage in Rainham Kent. Had the most amazing service getting my tyre pressures checked. Would definitely go back there again.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff at STS Old Palace Road, Norwich, made having 2 new tyres on my Ford Ranger a really good experience, even put my spare wheel back on the carrier under the truck. Best experience I have had of tyre changing in 42 years of driving

I had a problem with tyre pressures and it turned out to be a simple fix. Will highly recommend the Royston Branch for dealing with this quickly and efficiently.

Booked in to have a replacement tyre fitted. Existing tyre had a nail in it. Fortunately I have tyre insurance so was a straightforward issue. The East Grinstead branch were so professional and honest. They advised that rather than fit a new£400 tyre they would repair it free of charge. Excellent service

Had a broken gear part on my daughter’s Mini. Limped it back from Gerrards Cross the day before with no reverse or first gear. Should not really have been such a quick repair but Craig, Bradley and the team (think it was Ben who fetched the part for me?) were proactive, They were mega helpful and bent over backwards to do it quickly. Highly recommend and trust the Chesham branch of Tyre Pros and will continue to use them on the family’s cars.

Visited Norwich branch for suspected tyre puncture, was told needed two new rear tyres at £531, refused and visited alternative garage where puncture was located and repaired for £25, thanks tyre pros for attempting to rip me off 3 days before Xmas

Credit goes to Ash & Brandon at Cheshunt branch. After my car had a bang on rear & needed wheels alignment. Tyre pro’s did what 2 previous tyre companies didn’t want to know about. They explained everything in detail & now my Audi A7 is safe. Top guys.

Used today in maidstone, I called needed a tyre checked to see if it could be fixed, ( it couldnt) i had called at 9am in seen 9.40 and off again by 10.40, it was very busy but Dylan was helpful polite and the guys got me fixed up and off to collect my grandson super quick (IMO)
