I have always wanted a Cylinder machine. Someone on FB mentioned Tysew and I decided to bite the bullet and get one. I called the company and they said l can come and test the machines first.
My goodness I felt like a kid in a candy shop. Every member of staff was exceptionally impressive.

Then l met the ever smiling Mr Talla, very patient man and very knowledgeable about machines. Showed me all sorts of gadgets. What l loved the most was there was no pressure to by the most expensive or the fanciest, it was about what l wanted.
I left a very happy customer with my industrial cylinder in my car.

Got home could not figure out a couple of things as l had forgotten what I was shown🫣. Before I realised I was on Watsapp Video with their customer service.

To top it up l met Mr Tysew himself. What a humble and kind man. Ended up with contact he happily gave me for where I can get good quality leather. In my eyes Mr Tysew you are the G.O.A.T

I cannot fault the customer service from Jalpa at Tysew. I enquired about a Brother VR machine and Jalpa corresponded quickly and gave me a deal at a cracking price and the delivery was fast, efficient and driver really friendly. I am so happy with the machine and wouldn’t hesitate to use Tysew again.

I extremely recommend Tysew. It's my second sewing machine I buy it there. Raj and her team are outstanding. They help me to choose my machine which I am very happy about it. Their prices are much better then anywhere else.

We bought a Jack A5E (Aug 2023) from Tysew. Their customer service is excellent and prices better than Jeff's online discount store. The machine is a huge step up from domestic machines, even heavy duty ones. It easily copes with many layers of fabric (quilting), is *really* fast and quieter than domestic machines. Definitely recommend Jack machines and Tysew to supply them and haberdashery supplies.

Initially, my experience was good. I called to ask a couple of questions about the Juki DDL-8700 which were all answered and I placed my order. The problems began with delivery. The delivery driver was SO RUDE. He barely spoke to me, said he couldn’t get the pallet past a certain point, watched me and my partner struggle to get the machine off the pallet without doing anything to help. It seemed he was waiting to collect the pallet but he obviously got bored and just drove off without it. I was also told I would need a screwdriver to get it off but actually needed a wrench. Then after getting the machine inside I noticed that the table was not level. So I called customer services and they gave me the number for a Tysew engineer and assured me they would answer even if it took a few times. They did not answer, I tried 6 times before I gave up. 3 days later I tried again and someone actually answered the phone. I said my issue and he said ‘I’m a mechanic , I will get the guy who makes the tables to give you a call back’ an hour later, still no call back. I have tried to call them again 5 times with no answer. I have officially given up and luckily found an answer online. It’s a shame that after a great initial experience, the delivery and the after care has massively let them down. Also, why is my table not level? All I wanted to know is if it will affect the running of the machine. Jesus, how hard could you make it to get an answer on that!

Extremely professional, quick and helpful. When you do business timing is acutely important. Raj went above and beyond to assist me and the delivery was unique. The engineer patiently explained how the machines work and made sure I am confident using them.

I cannot praise this company enough. Having recently purchased a sewing/embroidery machine, they actually sent the next model up. I rang and spoke to Raj . Having explained what had happened Raj said it wasn’t a mistake and that as the older model was now not available they had sent a updated version at no extra cost. What a wonderful gesture!!! I will certainly use Tysew again x

What an amazing store, so helpful both on the phone and in person, couldn’t have asked for more from them, they took the time to show me how everything worked 10/10 for everything!

I was looking to buy great quality, great price sewing machines and have spent months researching what to buy and was getting very frustrated with it all when I came across TYSEW. This company was nothing short of amazingly helpful and a special shout out to Raj, she was just super and we were so grateful for her , knowledgeable yet impartial advice I selected the machines of my choice and awaited their arrival. Even though I thought the machines would arrived boxed I was not prepared for what I got.
Tysew, like superstars assembled them and prrovided threads and bobbins etc ..I was surprised and grateful... I could easily start sewing straight away all the set up was done for me. THANK YOU TYSEW. Even though it took me a while to set up my sewing room, the setup of the machines required minimum effort all I had to do was add oil, plug in and sew. Their service has been as smooth as the machines I now sew with...smooth, fast and quiet. I am forever grateful and will continue to use their service. Excellent experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this company .

All the people I have been in contact with over the last two weeks have been helpful. I was researching for my first sewing machine. They helped me choose the right type (heavy duty, walking foot) for my requirements. When I went to collect the machine I was shown how to use it. JD was cheerful, friendly, extremely patient, kind and helpful. If you want any type of machine for sewing or embroidery, come to Tysew, you will get the help and advice you need.

In 2019 I bought a straight stitch plate, but the one sent was the wrong one. However, having contacted them about a replacement, Covid then hit us and everywhere was in lockdown. I put the project to one side and forgot all about it.
I recently found it again, along with the wrong straight stitch plate. Luckily I had kept the original receipt. I got back in contact with the retailer and liaised with Jalpa directly, who was able to resolve the issue straight away. Great service.

Great customer service. They had everything we needed plus more. Very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs sewing materials of any kind.

I been to the tysew shop today and received fantastic service. The engineer helped me on the spot to fix my machine.

Absolutely fantastic service, I would 100% recommend speaking to Jalpa, her customer service was exceptional and she was so helpful over the phone when I ordered my Juki Lockstitch machine. I needed my machine quite urgently and she went out of her way to get a machine assembled to a pellet and sent out for next day delivery! My machine arrived by lunchtime the next day and came fully set up and ready to use and packaged with a bottle of Oil and few packs of needles. A very reliable and knowledgeable company.

I had a few problems which marred the enjoyment of receiving a new machine, however the matter has finally now been resolved so I have updated my review
