U Account is One of the best Oline Banks I ever deal with

Very good bank after I used I've shared my 3 friends and they loved it it's very good easy to use

Have to say despite the difficulties they went through during the pandemic and the issues they had with wirecard. The customer service was brilliant and went beyond the means that was needed.

U Account has improved alot,the instant payment is great,my money is safe with u,the only downside is if you want to contact,its not immediate..aside from that u account is doing well

u account is a decent and great account to have its help full and i’ve been with u account for nearly four years and they have never took eny money or lost eny and i would recommend this account to my friends and family as they are one of the best accounts out there would like to say thank you for all the help and support over the years thank you u account by sonny ball

Great account to have transfers are fast and easy never had a problem

I love this bank and its simple to keep track of all my finances. I opted for the standard one pound fee for most transaction as I know were I stand. Any questions I have had regarding my account have been replied to in a friendly and professional manner within 24 hours. I have no complaints at all and I am very happy with them

Excellent service and very efficient customer service

Simple easy banking with the app, paying into your account is simple and there is basically no hassle.. You can transfer money and have standing orders.. Charges are very little and its suit me just fine. Brilliant

I have been banking with U Account for nearly two years. I was very concerned when i was informed that i would not be able to access my account due to banking issues but this was quickly resolved to a satisfactory conclusion. Since then i have had no issues and everything has worked exceptionally well. I particularly like the ability to set up sub accounts from the main account which i have done to set up 3 sub accounts as savings for my three children ( this is not available with the mainstream banks such as HSBC..so well done U Account). Only one request is that you can increase the maximum level of funds available to be in the account. Also my other bank HSBC have said that due to a technical issue my direct debit to my U account cannot be paid anymore...not sure why. Otherwise good experience and would recommend

I use this account for my son’s PlayStation account so my main bank card isn’t stored on the system , when he needs anything I top this card up so there isn’t any nasty surprises and with the app I can tell exactly how much is left on the card , pretty easy to top up / transfer from my main bank account , I would recommend them

U account changed its banking operations last November and informed me that i had to change all my banking ins and outs, this caused me considerable problems, one of my pension providers could not attach itself to my u account, i complained , but was told that they were working hard to improve things, i was then due a refund in january this year from " lets eat" but that has never happened, my account still shows a variation in my actual figures and despite various requests to rectify this i just get a standard reply saying ,they are working on it ! There are many other discrepancies i am going to close the account down when these have been rectified. They are an absolute disgrace.just had a reply from U account and its just the same as always negative words and no action I think they run the bank from a phone box , if they still exist!!!

Really good. Banks have screwed me before, this is simple and works. Customer service has always bee rapid too.

Ive been with u acc for a while now and so far so good, i find transactions a lot quicker than before and also customer service is quick to respond hopefully it continues
