I bout a cloths washing machine and it ripped my clothes and some times leaving a brown marks they fix it 2 times and still the same issue in the first 2 months so I told them I don't want it and I want to return it they refuse to return, shame on this company and Samsung as well.

They r selling their electronics particularly phones with insurance. But the time u requested for repair or their service u still need to pay and waited for almost one month. Their service is very slow and expensive, very frustrating knowing that u paid ahead for the insurance but still u have to pay and waiting for so long , it feels like I was legitimately scammed by established company like them. Even 1 star still not deserve for their service.

3Worst delivery service partner they chose, the guy ask for my live location and i said i am not there , you follow the address given to you and its correct also and if you cant find the location I will talk to the shop and the guy said "Ok" like go to hell . The delivery service is very poor. They don’t come at the time we request — instead, they force their own timing and say, “We will come at 4 o’clock,” without caring what the customer wants. Very unprofessional and disappointing. It feels like there is no proper management or owner control, because the employees don’t know how to deal with customers respectfully. Really terrible experience — not recommended at all.

The worst After sale i have ever seen in my life. Complain number 10626980. I bought Huawei tablet, worth $1,000 and clearly informed the sales man that i will use specific 2 applications and he showed me that its working and confirmed that it’s compatible with device 100% , while using those apps both of them started to give me errors and bugs , at the same time both apps works on iPhone 11 perfectly fine.
I went within the cooling period at the first 5 days to return the device they did not accept and after i escalated the case to DET then they accepted but holding my money and not responding to my emails. Very bad customer service since 25th of October till date they did not give me my money back.

What makes the situation even more disappointing is that when I asked to cancel the order and receive a refund, I was informed that it would take 14 working days to process. This means I could be left without a phone for nearly 21 days—an unreasonable delay for a service that prides itself on reliability and customer satisfaction.
I have spoken with multiple representatives over the past week, but no one seems able or willing to provide a proper resolution. I’m sincerely requesting that Manisha Singh or a senior representative take ownership of this issue and resolve it urgently—either by ensuring immediate delivery of my phone or by processing my refund without further delay.
This experience has been incredibly disappointing and has seriously affected my trust in Sharaf DG’s customer service. I hope this matter can be resolved swiftly and professionally

I bought a new Samsung mobile S25 U from Sharaf DG Sharjah and since i don't have time to transfer my data he told me kindly visit Dubai branch and they will help you. yesterday i went to midriff city center branch and i was shocked with the attitude everyone transfer me to another one because they don't want to do the job it will take time for them. when i reach to customer service they told me you need to pay for transfer a data. Really i blame Samsung how they deal with people represent their product with this attitude. i took the mobile and i didn't do anything.

Worst customer service experience on the earth, never ever help you or solve your problem. I bought LG 84 inch TV with 2 years extended warranty, display is gone and now its been more than a week I’m waiting for my TV to repair as they promised it will be done in 2-3 days. However customer service team is to increase your problems and always coming back with vogue answers that once we have an update we will get back to you, they never come back unless you waste more time to reach them.

My complaint to Sharaf: Dear Sharaf DG Customer Service Team
I am writing to formally raise a complaint about a very disappointing and distressing experience I had with your Burjaman store in Dubai.
On Wednesday, 22 October, I purchased an earphone for my phone from your Sharaf DG Times Square branch. The sales assistant checked my phone and advised me which model to buy. I explained that I was only visiting Dubai and just needed the cheapest compatible earphone, but he recommended one priced at AED 51, which I purchased.
The earphone did not work with my phone, though it did work with my laptop. On Saturday, 25 October, I visited your Burjaman Centre branch to ask if it might be a phone setting issue. The staff told me I had been sold the wrong product — a cheaper model (around AED 23) would have been appropriate.
I requested an exchange, but staff refused, saying it could not be replaced because I had not provided my phone number at the time of purchase. I had declined at Times Square to avoid promotional messages. They also questioned how they could verify my purchase, even though I showed proof on my credit card statement, along with the original packaging and serial number.
The staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and unsympathetic, taking no responsibility for their own mistake. The manager was equally unsympathetic and offered no apology, telling me I must return to the Times Square branch — an impractical solution given the AED 80 return taxi fare or spending more than half a day by public transport. I was distressed and upset by this treatment.
I also attempted to submit a complaint via your website, but the form was very unfriendly, with insufficient space to explain the situation and no submit button, making it impossible to lodge a proper complaint online.
I hope Sharaf DG will review this matter and arrange a replacement or refund for the AED 51 earphone. I can provide any further documentation if required.

I bought two LG AC and they had installation problem and the installation service was booked from SharafDg. This is not only the issue, but the AC now are not cold. I emailed them twice at support and at cc_warehouse and they are not even responding to my email. Even though I noticed this problem from the beginning and requested a refund, they refused, I requested a new AC, they all refused.
