I made an online purchasExtremely Disappointed with SharafDG’s Handling of My Ordere from SharafDG…

I made an online purchase from SharafDG UAE on 21 October 2025 for several Steam Digital Wallet codes (2×200 AED, 1×100 AED, and 1×50 AED). The order was supposed to be delivered instantly, as digital products usually are.

However, only 350 AED worth of codes (1×200 + 1×100 + 1×50) were delivered. The remaining 200 AED code was never sent. What followed has been several days of frustrating communication: repeated promises, conflicting explanations (“technical issue,” “system error,” “high-value product handling,” and finally “out of stock”) — but no actual solution.

I’ve contacted SharafDG multiple times via WhatsApp, email, and phone. They acknowledged my complaint under reference #10596921 and even called me once, promising to call back — but never did.

It’s now been over four days with no refund, no replacement, and no clear communication. For a digital code purchase that should be instant, this level of delay and customer support is unacceptable.

I have never trusted SharafDG for electronics purchases, and this experience has completely reaffirmed my perception of their reliability, transparency, and accountability.

If you plan to buy digital products or gift cards, I strongly recommend you avoid SharafDG until they improve their after-sales support and internal communication.

And I called 5 time customer care they told we will give shortly then now they told me there have no stock after 20 days then told

Absolutely terrible service from Sharaf DG!
We bought a water dispenser for 2,000 AED, and while they delivered it quickly, it didn’t even work from day one. We plugged it in completely dead. We reported the issue and Sharaf DG opened three separate service requests, but no one ever came. It’s been over a month, and we still can’t use the product at all.

Sharaf DG is the perfect example of a company that only cares about taking your money but takes zero responsibility afterwards. They don’t fix, don’t follow up, don’t care. Selling faulty products and ignoring customers for weeks is absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional.

Sharaf DJ is a king of the scamers

Dubai is not similar as it was in previous years. Along with development, there are several frauds going on in the market even with well-known brands, such as Sharaf DJ, openly defrauding tourists and the government also not taking any action on it. Now, Dubai is only remain good for sightseeing; if you are planning for shopping then you will be dealing with scammers. So be aware.

Extremely Disappointed with Sharaf DG Service

I submitted my iPhone 15 for repair on 26 September, confident it was still under warranty. However, six days later, I was informed the issue wasn’t covered under warranty—even though the device is less than a year old. I immediately requested to cancel the repair and collect my phone.
It has now been 10 days since I submitted my phone, and it remains stuck at their service center with vague updates and no clear communication. When I call to follow up, I’m kept on hold for over 10 minutes—even though they promise just 2—and all I get are repetitive, vague responses stating the repair is “under process” or “work in progress.” I was also told the unit is with the Apple center, yet this has been the same update for the past four days. No one provides a firm date or takes responsibility.
This level of service is unacceptable from a company that claims to be professional and customer-focused. The delay clearly stems from a lack of coordination and accountability. If their team had properly liaised with the Apple service center, this issue would have been resolved days ago.
I expected much better and will definitely think twice before trusting Sharaf DG again.
I’m giving 1 star—not because they deserve it, but simply so I can proceed with submitting this review.

Preordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max


If I can rate them -100 stars I would have been the happiest.

I preordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max well before its launch date on September 14, 2025, with a promised delivery date of September 19, 2025. Prebooking was supposed to ensure delivery on launch day, but two weeks later, I still haven't received my phone.

When I reached out to customer support over the phone they refused to provide any delivery date and stated that pre booking does not guarantee timely delivery. They were like robots with the same answers from 6 different agents despite mentioning that I needed to travel and this was a gift.

They deserve zero

They deserve zero. I have ordered a fridge. The delivery date after 4 days. On the day of delivery they cancelled my order as it was out of stock as they said. The refund would take 7-14 days. It is +45 degrees outside and we live without fridge.

I preordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max well before its launch date on September 13, 2025, with a promised delivery date of September 19, 2025. Prebooking was supposed to ensure delivery on launch day, but two weeks later, I still haven't received my phone.

When I reached out to customer support, they refused to provide any delivery date and stated that prebooking does not guarantee timely delivery. They were unhelpful and dismissed my concerns, even when I mentioned the possibility of filing a complaint with the Department of Economic Development or pursuing legal action.

I interacted with an employee named Priyanshu during this process on chat. Based on my experience, I would advise against using this company for prebooking orders, as they seem to block your funds and offer no support. The customer service has been extremely disappointing.

Extremely Poor Customer Service and Refusal to Process a Refund

I am writing this review to warn potential customers about my terrible experience with Sharaf DG. I placed an order, W5261112, for a pair of Xiaomi Redmi Buds 6 Pro, which I requested to return. My return reference number is TB204815.
Despite initiating the return over 10 days ago, I have been met with nothing but frustration and delays. The company has refused to provide a refund and is instead pushing for a replacement, even though I have explicitly stated that I do not want one.
Their customer service via WhatsApp is automated and unhelpful. It's a never-ending loop of generic responses and an inability to connect with a real person who can solve the problem. I have spent countless hours in a chat with an agent who is unable to process a simple refund.
This is a clear violation of customer rights. It is shocking that a major retailer would operate with such a disregard for its customers. I highly advise you to reconsider buying from them if you want any assurance of a hassle-free return or refund process. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

Sharaf DG Samsung TV life time is less than 9 months

I have always been a loyal Samsung customer and a regular buyer from Sharaf DG, but my experience with the Samsung QA65Q70CAUXZN TV has been extremely disappointing. The TV failed twice in less than 18 months (screen went completely dark after 7 months, and again 8 months later after replacement). When I raised the issue, both Samsung support and Sharaf DG management dismissed me with the excuse that it was “out of warranty.” For a premium QLED TV, this is unacceptable — such products should last at least 5 years under normal use. After researching online, I discovered many other Samsung Q70 series customers reporting the same defect, meaning this is not an isolated case. Samsung’s and Sharaf DG’s refusal to take responsibility is shocking, and I feel customers deserve better protection. A brand of Samsung’s stature must stand behind its products instead of hiding behind warranty terms.

Scammers

Scammers, Not a good experience, very bad customer service, unstable delivery service, rang to cancel the order and told that a refund will be processed in 14 days but after 2 days the delivery guy calls me to deliver and then never turned up, absolutely rubbish service. Stay away from this business at any cost.

No response on timing and schedule of my washing machine. Driver was over three hours late and I had come from work and waited wondering if he would come or not. Will not recommend the service

Poor customer support and late delivery

My order was suppose to be delivered on the 5th of september now its 7th and they said it will be received 8th (hopefully) its ridiculous, I ordered a stove, people cant stay home and wait for their poor delivery service we have things to do and it needs to be installed, never buying again and not recommended at all PLUS 0 compensation for the late deliveries
