They deserve big zero for their services and products. I bought an apple watch from them and it appeared to be a demo watch that is not supposed to be sold. Now I can't connect the watch to my I phone as it is already connected to a demo account. I tried tens of times calling the customer services, but always the same answer " we will request a call back from Dubai mall branch" they of course never call. I ended up raising a formal complaint to the authorities in Dubai. My advice is never buy anything from Sharaf DG, they never care about customer after sale.

I purchased a Nintendo Switch 2 from Sharaf DG on August 11, 2025. At first, I was happy with the fast delivery the next day, but just after two days of use, I faced serious problems. The battery drained very quickly, and while downloading a game, the device suddenly showed a black screen even though it was fully charged.
I immediately requested a return through the Sharaf DG website. After a few days, they collected the item for checking, and customer service later informed me that the device was “in good condition.” They even sent me a video, but in that video, it was clear the person struggled multiple times just to turn it on—which clearly proves the item is faulty.
When I raised this issue, I was told that I was not eligible for a return or exchange according to their policy, which made me even more frustrated. Instead, I was advised to just check the item again when it was returned. But it has been three weeks now, and I still haven’t received the product back.
This is by far the worst shopping experience I’ve had. The customer service was unhelpful, the process was very slow, and I felt completely ignored as a customer. I will never purchase anything from Sharaf DG again and do not recommend them to anyone looking for reliable electronics or service.

I try to return an item because information on their website is not matching the product. I initiated return and they told me they will contact me in 48h. Now its 5 days. When I try to reach them by their app's chat, mobile or email. I do not receive any return only incosistent questions or information.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Sharaf DG. I ordered a room cooler and not only was the delivery delayed without any prior intimation, but the customer service made the situation worse. Instead of resolving the issue, the representative I dealt with was clearly inexperienced, constantly speaking on my behalf without listening to what I was actually saying. This left me feeling dismissed rather than valued as a customer.
For a company of Sharaf DG’s scale and reputation, such service is unacceptable. Customers expect timely delivery, transparent communication, and respectful treatment none of which were delivered in this case.
I sincerely hope Sharaf DG takes this feedback seriously and trains its staff better, because at present, this experience has made me seriously reconsider future purchases.

Horrible after sales services, I had purchase a Rog Alley for my son a month ago, also have paid for additional warranty around AED 500.00.
Within a month, of of the joysticks broke, I went to the service center located in the Abu Dhabi mall.
The technician does not even have à knowledge of the device, finally said he will order a joystick from ASUS and it will take about a week and insisted me to keep the device with them, since my son came on vacation and need to play, I refused and bought back so he could play.
After 10 days, they called me to bring the device, I went in the morning and the technician had asked me to come back at 7:00.
I went as he advised, but surprised, he said the part was order is wrong and we have place one more order which will arrive within a week,
I didn’t have any words to tell him, silently took the unusable device and came home.
It’s been a 10 days and no one called me yet, nor they answer the call, visiting them is a big job for me as I need to travel a long distance.
My son has to travel by next week and I don’t know what to do.
Please, please, never ever buy any kind of electronics or gaming devices from them and make your children upset.
You won’t be able to see their faces if anything goes wrong.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I have received.
I submitted a cancellation request on August 5th, and was informed that it would be confirmed within 24–48 hours. However, it is now well past that timeframe and nothing has been done. I just spoke with a customer service representative who told me it still hasn’t been processed.
This delay is unacceptable and shows a clear lack of follow-through on your part. I expect immediate confirmation of my cancellation and a clear explanation for the delay.

very poor customer service, they took money for warrenty and never give the warranty for any products, so, I will not buy any further products from Sharap DG in my life. I was suppose to buy one 83" TV by AED 23,999/-, but I will not buy anymore from Sharap DG. I have contacted them via the WhatsApp number, but this is a BOT number, no human response. The service is not as standard as UAE service.

One of the most unprofessional and disorganized customer experiences I’ve ever had.
I visited Sharaf DG to purchase an air purifier and was assured by the in-store staff that it would be delivered the next day, with urgent delivery specifically requested on my behalf. That promise was the only reason I moved forward with the purchase.
The next day came, and the chaos began. The tracking link they provided was useless. I couldn’t track the order, and when I called customer service, they vaguely told me it would arrive between 5–10 PM. I followed up during that window and was told they had no idea where my order was. When I asked for the delivery driver’s number to get clarity, they refused to give it and claimed they had raised an urgent request instead.
That request? Never submitted. I was promised a call back within a few hours. No one called. I followed up again myself, only to find out no request had been logged at all. They gave me the same scripted promise of a call back in one hour. Nothing. It’s a complete mess, no ownership, no transparency, no accountability. The front-line staff are uninformed and clearly not empowered to solve anything. They waste your time and give you the runaround.
This experience made it absolutely clear: I can’t trust Sharaf DG, and I don’t intend to shop with them again.
If you value your time, peace of mind, and basic customer respect, look elsewhere.

Disappointing Experience with Exchange Deal
I had a very bad experience with Sharaf DG. I purchased a new TV through their exchange offer and handed over my old TV as part of the deal. They took my bank details over three months ago, promising a refund to my account. Till today, I have not received any payment.
Despite several follow-ups over email, their customer service keeps giving different excuses and is now trying to force me to accept a store voucher instead of the agreed refund. This voucher can only be used at their store, which was never part of the original agreement.
This is extremely unprofessional and feels misleading. I trusted Sharaf DG, but after this experience, I would not recommend their exchange offers to anyone. Please be careful before handing over your old items—they may not keep their word.

Disappointed – Unsealed Laptop and Slow Response
Ordered a new laptop, but it arrived completely unsealed—both the delivery and product boxes. This wasn’t sold as open-box, and it’s not what I paid for.
I reported the issue right away with photos and videos, but the response has been slow and lacking urgency, despite explaining that I need the laptop for important upcoming work commitments.

Worst customer service, I bought accessories from Dubai hills mall sharaf dg last week and there is no delivery til now, when I call customer service they say we sent email and team will call you. No one called in last 4 days ..... yesterday someone called and dessapered with no information. I am still clueless about my delivery which supposed to be last Monday.
i recommend not to buy online from sharaf as it's difficult to trace the delivery
