If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I’ll never buy from them again.
I bought a laptop on 3june but it was faulty they collect it and gave me lollipop on the name of service center, and than I received it on 29 th june but again same issue,they told me we’ll try to fix it again and than on 16th july they returned to me with the statement of No Issue found
But the trouble which I was facing in the laptop is still the same and the staff is constantly insisting on their blind policy that its not now in refund or replace days so we cannot accommodate you.
Completely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior,because first time when i visit after buying those days was in the 7days limit but they misguided me and waste all days on the name of service center.Hopefully ll never try to buy anything from shar DG again.
Now for me this laptop is completely usless.

I purchased a TV from Sharaf DG just two days ago. Once it was delivered to our home, we immediately realised it was far too big for the room. When the installation team arrived, we informed them that we would prefer to return the TV. They reassured us that since we still had the box, we could return it within 7 days—even if they proceeded with the installation. Trusting their word, we allowed the installation.
The very next day, I called the call centre to initiate the return. The first representative I spoke to (name withheld for now) confirmed that a return was possible but would involve a 15% restocking fee. While I wasn’t thrilled about the fee, I was relieved that a return was still an option.
However, when I called again the next day to confirm and proceed with the return, another representative (again, name withheld) told me that a return was not possible at all because the product had been installed.
This is completely unacceptable and misleading. I feel cheated by the lack of clarity and the conflicting information provided by their own staff. A simple return request within 7 days—when the product is in perfect condition and the original box is preserved—should not be this complicated.
This experience has been a complete waste of time and money, and I expected much better from a brand like Sharaf DG.

I bought a Samsung Refrigerator on the 12th of July. A faulty Refrigerator was delivered. The delivery DG Sharaf guys came checked confirmed the peice was faulty it was tripping the rest of the household appliances and causing short circuits. Then the Samsung Expert comes to check and sees the same thing happen. Writes some report and takes off. It's been 5 days now and I have not yet received a working Samsung Refrigerator. Bad Service 👎 and Samsung People Your Service And So Called Experts Really must know how to deal with your Customers. 5 Days Have past without a Refrigerator.

Though I had emphasized that I am a tourist and I have early morning flight delivery was delayed to late night by 11:30 - 12:00. I tried contacting customer service by phone and the experience was bad. Something I can say positive is the response thru WhatsApp but the replies are only after 2-3 minutes.
I never suggest Sharaf DG delivery especially in UAE for anyone.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sharaf DG's online shopping service, and I feel compelled to share this so others are aware before ordering.
I placed an order for an Echo Dot on July 9th, and during a live chat with their representative, I was assured that delivery usually happens the next day. I was still okay with the estimated delivery date shown on the website, which was July 11–12.
However, the product was not delivered on the 11th. When I followed up, I was told it would 100% be delivered on the 12th, which was a Saturday. Trusting their word, I stayed home from 9 AM to 7 PM, wasting an entire day waiting for the delivery.
On the 12th, I spoke to four different customer service agents, all of whom insisted the delivery would definitely happen that day. Finally, when I called again around 6 PM, a representative named Shahbaz told me I could cancel the order if I didn’t want to wait—as if it were my fault!
The customer service team is completely disorganized and unprofessional. They don’t have accurate information about deliveries, they contradict each other, and worst of all, they don't seem to care about wasting the customer’s time.
This will be my last order ever with Sharaf DG. I strongly urge others to think twice before ordering from them online. There are far more reliable and respectful retailers out there who value their customers’ time and trust.

Worst service ever : Trust me they don't have any tracking system for your order :no delivery date -no time ........ once you are in any exchange or retune , they will keep you in loop for centuries : the customer support email they share does not have any idea about your order , the customer service you call-message don't know as well , the tracking id does not work . Khalasss: you are on your own . above all they dare to mention in email "shortly the order will be dispatched .wait for delivery guy call and pick up , if you will not receive your item will be discarded" since 4 days i am waiting for that call ,upon asking no one has any idea about your order. so keep checking and begging for your order from them , i wish i could attach the photos and represent their way of discussion , how they irritate you with the same repeated lines.

NEVER buy anything from them or buy their extended warranty!!! they will not honor it! it has been 8 days since I reported a problem with my washing machine and still they did not approve the repair request! I am calling them everyday, chatting on whatsapp and even visited their customer care in person with no use! they lied to me several times saying that the approval will be done the next day but I heard that 5 times already and the approval never got through!! they just keep repeating to me that their SLA is 15 working days!!! horrible SLA if your refrigerator, air conditioner or washing machine do not work!!

Very very bad service. Never ever purchased anything from them again . I purchased a tablet and then few hours later i exchanged it to a lower value. Its been 1 month still following up for refund and nobody can sold my issue. Then suddenly then called me and they say they will not refund anything because i exchange the items and its open so they will deduct 15% from the value of the item because its already open piece. Nobody inform us about this and this is the first time to hear this. I would never ever buy anything from them.

Ordered 2 iPhones online with the same day / express delivery (additional 15AED), no one showed up. I reached out to customer support twice, they advised to wait. I called the courier company, they promised to deliver until 9pm. No information, no notification. A horrible experience
