I ordered a part for my car, but unfortunately, I got the wrong part. However, the customer service was quick and friendly. They gave me a full refund.

Do not order from Ucarpart. Despite saying products would ship from California, they shipped from China. Took an exceptionally long time to receive. No packing list/order form was included in the box. Once we determined we needed to return these items, we realized how complicated that would be. Must get prior authorization from them to even make a return, customer pays shipping (not uncommon), email them the tracking number, 30% restocking fee, etc etc etc. Cannot recommend Ucarpart.

Shipping was fast and the quality if the product was very satisfying.
I do recommend this product for Mini coopers!! I loved this design of the checkered caps!!

We ordered a part and it said it would be here in a couple of days. It took several weeks. I called them but they will NEVER answer the phone. I wondered why they won't answer the phone now that I have looked at all of their reviews. I emailed them at least twice a week. I asked them to just cancel the order because after two weeks, the label had still not been created. This is the worst business to do any business with. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! Then they keep emailing me saying they would give me 30% refund when IT WAS NOT MY FAULT THAT I HAD NOT RECEIVED MY PARTS BUT THEY WON'T ACCEPT THEM AND REFUND ME MY MONEY.

This company is dishonest. When you get on their website to order a part, it says if you order within the next few hours, you can get your purchase in a couple days. Don’t believe it! Totally a lie. I ordered my part on the 6th, their website said if I ordered within the next five hours I would get it by the 8th. I track my package and the updates I get are that it’s due by 13th. A week later. I can only hope that that’s true
Now I can only hope that the part isn’t damaged and that it’s the correct part.

This company sent defective parts, demanded pictures of the parts with notes on what is wrong with the parts,which I sent, and they requested the same info again. So I sent the requested info again. Their response was to offer a 20%refund and ask me to get the parts repaired. This is bizarre and Outrageous! Definitely don't do business with them.

I wanted to replace my factory XLT grill as it had way too much chrome in my opinion. I purchased this and installed it yesterday and was highly impressed. Fitment is identical to the factory grill, however I did have to re-drill the holes in the clear plastic backer plates as they didn’t line up and purchased longer screws but other than that it was an easy swap.

This company is a SCAM…do not order from them no customer service and ridiculous terms and conditions!
Ordered a abs brake module and use told 3-5 days for the part to arrive, nope didn’t happen two weeks later it showed up! We had to get the part locally because the car needed to be back on the road. I contacted them and was told they would give me a 10 % discount and I should try to sell it locally. They misrepresented the delivery time!! And after reading other reviews I didn’t trust them about the quality of the product. After a week of back and forth correspondence they said they would credit me the price of the module less 30% and I would have to pay for the return shipping! I haven’t received credit,lesson learned,Do Not Buy from this company!!!

The raptor style grill really doesn't just bolt on there are NO INSTRUCTIONS
you have to cut the tabs off the bumper valance as NONE of the tabs match they also don't tell you that your front mount camara won't work with a lot of extra custom cutting. Also the hardware that comes with it are to short.

Original part was sent and was broken. I sent pics of damage and they sent out a new grill right away.

SCAM, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!! I ordered a timing kit for my KIA. Waited two weeks, checked the tracking number, called the post office and they said it didn't even ship out yet. This was after contacting customer service, they don't answer calls and take 24-48 hrs to respond to emails. They finally emailed me back and said that the part was out of stock (despite their site saying it was in stock) and it would be an additional 2 weeks for it to arrive to them, and at that point they would ship it out. I said screw that, I'm canceling the transaction. Flash forward two months. I bought parts from another company, my cars fixed. I get a notification on my card/email saying they took the money back out of my account and decided to send the part. This is 2 months after the fact. And after I canceled the transaction, they took the money out of my account and I won't even attempt to do their return process, not only based off of my experience but also off of what I've seen other people share about trying to return their parts. I should have known this was a bs site when the initial transaction triggered a fraud alert on my card.

Stay Away. Total BS company. They advertise a part for my MB and it was not the right part. To return they won't admit to it and charge you a 30% restock fee.

If anyone has similar experiences, like the many who have left comments, I urge you to file a complaint at the following 2 websites below. Yes it may take about 10 mins to fill out the form but if everybody just remains complacent, this little Chinese outfit will continue to scam consumers until somebody does something about it. It may not be a huge amount of money but they rely consumers on being complacent and just accept it. That's their business model and it adds up. For me it's the principal and people like this shouldn't be doing business. Yes I filed a complaint at both sites. I tried to provide the link here but links are not allowed so just google the below.

As others have stated , I wish I had seen these before I purchased a part. Incorrect part sent and they claim I ordered wrong and I'll have to pay to ship the item back on top of paying a 30% restocking fee

Horrible company sell junk that doesn’t work and try to charge to 30% for doing so! RUN don’t walk away for this company SCAM!!

Part did not work (Tail light Assy) Horrible communication, Horrible refund policy, 30 percent restocking fee plus shipping By the time I got my money 3 months had passed. Stay away from this Chinese company

They sent me the wrong thing and will not replace it with the correct part and tood me that’s their policy.
