Scammers. They say 4 day delivery but it is coming from china in 2 weeks. Dont believe their time estimate and second they sent wrong part and i trying to get my money and they are offering 20 percent to keep the part. Which i dont want to do
Questionable process and poor customer…
Questionable process and poor customer service. Order a rear lift gate kit from them. Order is completed and I realized they did not have a good price so I reach out to contact them to cancel. The label had not been made and nothing shipped. They did not respond to me for four days and the the day the label is created they say it is shipped out so I cannot cancel. They also say they can’t stop the shipment. I contact fedex and redirect it back to them. I pay the extra to get it there quickly. They then tell me there is a restocking fee as I returned the product I never received. So they got my money anyway for a product that never hit my steps that was over priced and lower quality according to other reviews. Won’t get me again.
It took 2 weeks for the part to arrive
It took 2 weeks for the part to arrive, only to be defective. Customer service takes full 24 hours to return emails. Had to pay shipping to return the part. This place is not a scam, but had me thinking they were for the 3 weeks I was waiting to receive the part, return the part, and wait for a refund.
Ruthless Return Policy
I suggest being EXTREMELY careful when ordering from this site. If you happen to get a part number wrong, and they send an item which is of no use to you, then you are out of luck and need to eat at least 30% of the cost, not including the cost of shipping back to the merchant. This return policy seems designed to dissuade customers from returning any items - BUT, the merchant does not seem too eager to warn customers before they submit an order. I would say the return policy is rather draconian.

As the other review states, I had a very similar experience. This company is a scam and they will not give your money back for broken items. I too ordered a grille for my car and it showed up broken. Sent them photos and stated I wanted a refund. They said I can ship it back but they will not send me a return shipping label so I would have to pay $70 to return a $130 item that is garbage. Their customer service is based in china and they don’t comprehend anything you tell them. They also offered me 30% back of the item and asked if I can keep it which i could not because it’s broken… do not order from here.

I received my Tundra Grille on May 6 (ordered April 29), and it was broken, assumedly during shipping. I took pictures and immediately sent an email with the pictures to request a replacement or refund due to their limited refund policy of 15 days. I did receive an email same day stating that they do not wrap it with too much foam paper knowing the inside clips often break??? They also acknowledged that the lettering insert often is damaged in shipping, and they asked if I would accept a 10% refund and glue the broken items. I expressed my concern for the item being broken, and I didn't want to install this on my truck. Their response was asking me to keep it and take a 20% discount. Otherwise, I am required to ship it back, and provide tracking information. They would not provide a return shipping label, so I have checked the cost to return the item. It will cost me $150 to return a $275 item??? Or, accept $55.18 to keep a broken item from shipping that will go in the trash. I am wondering if this is a scam? Did they not take out insurance on shipping to protect their investment? Do not use this company! I have all of the emails, and I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.
