I have contacted this company to void my order as instructed by the real British Gas. I agreed to this order after been lead to think this was British Gas. I have not heard back from this company after been told that a manager would ring me within 48hours. I am furious about this as I have only dealt with British Gas for over 20years . I do not deal with Brokers. Totally misleading company

I spoke to Hannah, she was excellent on the phone. Her telephone manner is praiseworthy. Highly professional, efficient and really knows her stuff. She locked my dad into a deal. Although she was speaking to my dad it was on loudspeaker and I was listening in. I was impressed , I used to work in sales and she killed the sales pitch. Keep up the good work Hannah and Thankyou for offering my dad a good deal

Jessica was amazing, she couldn’t do enough to make things easier for me. I am crazy busy and really struggle to find time to organise anything and Jessica took all the hassle out of changing suppliers and I couldn’t thank her enough. Super grateful

I would give NO stars if that was possible. Lied about the length of contract. We have complained and they keep coming up with excuse after excuse as to why they have not dealt with our complaint. It reminds me of the "old photocopier "salesman. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

This company initially said that they were British Gas. I knew they weren't. I told them that I wasn't interested in their business, but they still sent quotes with a form to sign. I found the person on the phone aggressive and unwilling to take no for an answer. Be very careful.
