It was all perfect and very fast. Perfect the car, really clean, the pick-up and the return.

The car was not available when we arrived at the parking spot.
It took about one hour to have another.

Car features were defective.
Recharging card didn’t work.
Support was not very friendly or offered any compensation due to the issues.

There is no long range model 3 for rental anymore

Everything was great, except for 2 things. First, please update your app so we can get the verification code. Being registered with an Azerbaijani number, I don't get the verification code for logging in. Second, I had a little trouble finding my reserved car and downloading the key. Everything else was really great, especially the condition of the car

Top service with very nice cars. The included charging and additional driver make it worth spending a little more on a tesla than on a normal rental car. The 24 hour contact and pick up possibility are super convenient and i have rented with UfoDrive for 5 times in the past 5 months already. More to come for sure (:

Fuss free car rental service. Easy handing and taking over process. Car provided was in very good condition.

Travelled with 2 young children - the bonus of car seat rentals included in the rental package was very attactive.

The car was fun to drive. However, there were a number of issues that cropped up.

To give context I rented a Tesla Model S with my partner and drove 200 miles from London to Hull and back.

* The car's autodrive feature was intermittement. It did not work at all on the drive down -it just kept saying it was unavailable. I took a picture of this but never got round to reporting it. We reset the car in quite a few ways but it did not come back up which was really dissapointing considering this is a key selling point of a Tesla.

* The app did not perform very well on my phone (a 2 year old flagship phone). This meant that unlocking the car was a bit of an annoyance -while waiting for the app to start up.

* The pickup place had an incorrect location assigned to it in the app. This was the Stratford location. From memory I think this was just a link that took you to Google Maps, the instructions were spot on (if slightly hard to follow).

Everything went wrong - getting the rental was very hard and took a long time. When we arrived at the vehicle it had a flat. UFO did not provide sufficient assistance with the flat for us to use the vehicle, could not provide another vehicle, could not provide a vehicle for a different day. We wasted half a day of our trip and then ended up without a vehicle after all.

I would love to thank all he stuff from the directing Managers to the simple Employees working directly or indirectly with UFODRIVE

It’s just a very well placed service in a very competitive market

However as an Electrical engineer i see lately a very brutal competition in the market and till this day i haven’t seen an Update in the strategical Marketing Processes and also i have to mention the Géolocalisation issues in what concerning the return policy of your véhicules

I am well known to the strategy that was once installed a premium Service for an affordable price has been lately demeaned due to competition
It became more like a silver-Gold service

A fresh Market analysis is recommended 😊

Otherwise everything i think /believe is well placed needs just some small modifications and we are good to go for the next 10-15 years

Don’t forget UFODRIVE is the Original deal what we see in our days it’s just recreations of an existing Product

An almost perfect experience, I'll certainly use UFODrive again in the future. The only issue was the app getting frozen or being very slow occasionally, which lengthened our pick-up experience and sometimes took 1-2 mins to open the car. An otherwise excellent experience with a great clean comfortable car and charging included. Highly recommended if you're willing to tolerate the occasional hiccup to support a business aimed and simplifying & disrupting the archaic car rental industry.

App was great. Easy to book, pickup and drop the car. Would be great if they would offer the Tesla models with a bit larger batteries. We had to stop each 2-3 hours.

GOOD COMPANY BUT THE APP NEEDS WORK, THE PROCESS TO REPORT DAMAGES SHOULD BE AS EASY AS TAKING PHOTOS AND UPLOADING RATHER THAN COMPLETING THEM ONE BY ONE WHILE INDICATING WHERE THE PREXHISTING DAMAGES ARE. SIMPLE, TAKE THE PHOTOS, INDICATE WHERE THE DAMAGES ARE, THEN UPLOAD THE PHOTOS ALL AT ONCE. OTHERWISE IT EATS INTO YOUR RENTAL TIME.

Two things that could improve:
1- We didn't know that there was a parking ticket inside the car so we had to pay about €18 to leave the park at the airport. That should have been made clear somewhere.
2 - We took some time to find the car in the parking lot. It's a huge park and we had no idea of where the car was. Maybe a photo of the place where the car is parked could help.
Apart from this, it was a great experience! Everything is done from the App, charging the car is free and it's pretty straightforward. Highly recommended!
