I have my Tesla M3 and wanted to drive Tesla on my vacation trip in Netherlands. I've found UFO Drive, checked some YouTube videos from another people and decided to give it a try.
From very beginning it was very easy to find a place to rent the Tesla, chat in app was very responsive, all questions were answered very quickly.
All the process was very simple and predictive: order, arriving to parking, car finding, opening etc etc.
I've been driving my M3 half a year so for me it was very native to drive UFODrive Tesla M3 during our vacation. All charging sessions were free (included in rent price), driving experience was great.
We didn't require any service or assistance, car was clear and all systems worked well.

Great experience. No problem to change the date one day before. Great pick up place in London, both great location and nice shopping center

The whole process of getting an account and logging in came across as extremely over-engineered.
The location where the car was parked (markthal basement) does not have wifi or good network coverage which kind of makes it very cumbersome to get into the car.

The exterior had MANY scratches all around the car and it was immediately visible. The interior was REALLY dirty and some plastic pieces were broken or didn't work correctly. It would have been acceptable for a normal occasion and if it was considered in the pricing or if they advertised it before the booking BUT it wasn't the case and since the car was rented to be used for a wedding it's not acceptable. Nowadays it exists other options to rent a Tesla in this area that we will seriously consider next time. We have to say that we chose UFODRIVE because we were convinced they were serious. It wasn't the case.

It is so good that you don’t have to go to a rental desk to pick up your car after you have landed at the airport . Everything is digital . Everything went smooth. I will definitely rent again with ufo drive.

Simple easy rental experience.

It was easy to use. The car was new, the experience was seamless with one snafu with them approving my drivers license. Fill out all the paperwork in advance to avoid surprises. Even the garage attendant who got the car for us was kind and helpful.

Perfect car. Responsive support service. Easy to manage the car with the app.

The car was clean and in very good shape. It was very easy to check-in and out.
At the end of the rent it showed I had ridden double the km I had in fact, but the team was very quick and attentive to solve the problem.

The service was absolutely personalized. The car was delivered in front of our hotel and was returned at the same place. No stress and waiting time at an office.

Great cars that were clean and ready to go. Very easy pickup and drop off. No queues as you do it yourself on the app. Great service. Good value including charging. Reasonable costs. I lost a hub cap and was charged not more than the replacement cost for it, very reasonable.

Great concept, not seamless. I hired UFODrive in Feb 2022. They asked me to review this in Feb 2023 (!?) which seems to be how they roll.

The normal car hire desks in Vienna airport all closed before my flight arrival time so this seemed like a good option, if a little extravgant. Offset by the free charging it seemed more attractive.

Pickup was easy although certain critical points like "how to remove the charging cable" were not obviously explained. Nearly everything required me to watch a video but hardly anything explained the end-to-end process of using a Tesla or UFODrive specifics. Sitting in a dark deserted multi storey car park at midnight trying to work out how to lock my doors was unnerving.

The vehicle (Tesla Model S) was great, amazing to drive, felt really good using it on the roads, a bit like a giant ipad on wheels. I had been pre-warned I had to buy a Vignette to drive in Slovakia so no nasty surprises and UFODrive had answered my pre-trip questions about crossing borders.

Unfortunately there was no explanation about the charging networks, just an unhelpful insistence to drive 40+ miles to the nearest Tesla Supercharger from Nitra. I attempted to sign up to multiple charging companies and payment methods - two in Slovakia and three in Austria in a variety of languages and rejections of bank cards. I struggled at every step to sign up, locate the right charger type, network, distance and then spend long enough to get to charge without sitting in a dodgy car park for 2 hours.

Only as I finally left the car in the airport did I notice a "charging card" tucked in the central console. The online staff had no clue about this and had never suggested such a thing even existed. Madness. I had struggled for over a week and nobody online had asked if I was using the supplied charge card. When asked, they said the chargers just work when you go near them like a flippin magic Apple product or something.

They also claimed they'd log me out of the car's Spotify account (no logout button visible on the partly-disabled Tesla infotainment system when I did the airport drop). Sure enough someone started using my account a few days later so I had to change the password.

It was a great idea, good experience, but not without problems that would have driven someone less patient than me to be infuriated. They need to get the staff to experience the service and understand how it works. They need to fix their app to be useful as more than a tech support chat app/car door key. And please for the love of god just write the instructions with pictures like they do in manuals and don't make me watch 2 minute videos of a three sentence explanation.

If you read this far you get a free money-saving tip: I got free airport parking to pick up my family by using the UFODrive charging station at Vienna airport halfway through my trip. ANPR let me out of the gates as if I'd just arrived.

It was difficult to find the car in the underground garage and the car battery was not fully charged.

You have to scan your face every time you lock and unlock the car. The system is very slow and it took my so long to unlock and lock each time. Will not use until they get rid of this system.

Beautifull car, fantastic drivability, easy app to handle with 100% agreed terms and conditions.
