I put this off for years, too scared to ring anyone, I finally took the plunge and I’m so glad I did, a weight has been lifted! Finding out about creditfix was a life saver, I have very little confidence which caused me to get into more and more debt because I dislike talking to people on the phone, however at credit fix they talked me through the process and understood my issues and were patient with me.
This plan is really going to help my future as I am wanting to get on the property ladder to improve my life and future and hopefully in the six years I will have a clear credit file and be able to apply for a mortgage. I have recommended this company to many friends.

Realising my debt was spiralling out of control due to Covid etc I placed a call to creditfix at 9am on a Monday morning initially the the first gentleman I spoke to although very professional did not really know what he was talking about and until 5pm the same Monday I had given up hope of entering into a IVA until a phone call from a senior manager explaining that her colleague had given me the wrong information and that they actually could help me within days I was entering into a proposed IVA and after 2.5 weeks I now finally have an affordable monthly payment and can now sleep at night absolutely brilliant service and the creditfix app is fantastic thank-you to all who helped me.....
