From start to finish I am so impressed, they have taken such a weight of my shoulders, I didn't know what to expect but I was soon put at ease, they went through several questions with me, and then talked me through what they actually do, it was explained so I understood it, and if I wasn't sure they repeated it again, they guided me through what to expect and were very courteous, polite, and professional, if you are struggling dont be afraid to ring them, you will probably find its the best phone call you've ever made.
