It took many days and endless e mails to be able to get a spare part ordered and paid for from this company. Then of course the courier they used failed to deliver and we had to cancel the engineer which had been booked

Not happy or disappointed, one week delay in recieving stock item was told it will take 3-5 working days, had to chase up after 7 th working day, got told it will arrive next day when it didn't, any information I was given wasn't accurate, poor service but got what I wanted in the end, had to get in touch twice, Shame no first time contact / resolution policy also invoice didn't state delivery times correctly, only thing that was correct was the banking details, hhmmm 🤔 over all rating 2.5 stars but TP doesn't give you that option so rounded down as opposed to rounding up. Update 16/08/25 no point getting in touch and wasting more of my time, what's done is done I got my product you got your cash, no rectifying the situation, asking me to get on touch, what for!!! Like your Gona make up for it. Stupid comment

My treadmill recently developed a fault, I wasn’t sure who to contact, so I mailed the person I had initially spoke with at Johnson fitness uk, he was Andrew lambourne head of sales, Andrew was brilliant, he replied to my email very quickly and copied Adrian from service to get my problem fixed,
I then found the contact form on the Johnson fitness web site and completed the form.
The next day, both the service team and Adrian sent me emails, Adrian later gave me a ring to confirm some details, and then he informed me he would arrange for their service contract company to replace the faulty parts.
Servicesport uk very quickly arranged an engineer visit, the engineer rang me to let me know he was enroute.
The engineer was excellent and quickly replaced the agreed parts and had my treadmill up and running.
All the people I contact were great to speak to, and did what they said they would do.

Overall very pleased from start of order to my delivery very fast despatch and delivery once opened very easy to construct with instructions supplied once built you can see the quality of this treadmill solid and sturdy everything about it is a quality build and for the sale price i don't think you will find a better deal anywhere for this piece of gym equipment like what Johnsons fitness and wellness UK so i highly recommend this company for quality and price

I purchased a Paragon X treadmill from Johnson Fitness through Decathlon Be on June 6th and received it on June 16th. After less than one hour of use, the machine started making a loud metallic noise.
I immediately contacted customer service, and despite sending multiple emails and trying to reach someone by phone, the response has been slow, unhelpful, and frustrating. I was told repeatedly to write emails, which were ignored or answered vaguely. The customer service team refuses to communicate in English, despite offering an English option on their phone system.
After one week of insisting, I was finally told that no replacement would be issued — only a repair, even though I paid €2,300 for a brand-new machine. I was spoken to in a rude and dismissive manner by a representative, who said that “repair is all we can do.”
To make things worse, the treadmill arrived with the box already opened, a misplaced label, and an internal inspection sheet inside referencing “belt noise,” suggesting it may have already been returned or tested before I received it.
I feel misled and disrespected as a customer. I chose this brand because of its reputation for quality and durability — but my experience has shown the opposite.

Despite a slight initial glitch over delivery, which was well dealt with, we are very happy with the items.
I have knocked off 1 Star because of this, but otherwise the delivery arrangements, when they came, were actually very good, with excellent tracking from ArrowXL. The Horizon Fitness 3.0SC bike itself seems a good piece of kit, albeit the hottest day of the year is probably not the best time to assemble it and use for the first time !!!

Support and the order process were good but the wait for delivery of almost a month is unacceptable. Whilst the time frame is due to your external delivery company I feel you should be looking to resolve it for the benefit of your customers.

We received a different treadmill to the one we ordered. When I contacted Customer Services, they dealt with this matter really quickly and I was very happy with the service. They are going to remove the old treadmill and disassemble and deliver the correct one within 48 hours. Happy to recommend this company.

Delivery and installation time is really poor. Bought a £1500+ treadmill on 26th May and it will not be delivered and installed until 20th June. There was only one earlier date free and it is the only date we could not receive it unfortunately.

I placed an order a few weeks ago and heard nothing from you regarding when an engineer would be able to come out to fit a new running belt and service our machine. I had to send another email to ask the question, i was told the belt is now in stock and still haven't been offered a fitting date. Not happy with the service at all, always takes ages to respond to my emails!
LOL I always expect to be ripped off and i gave them a hard time about a few things! But their service continued to be excellent and the product is great! They have handled all my fears with calm and good attitude!
