The return policy is so bad
The return policy is so bad. We need to pay extra 2.99£ for return label. So if we are planning to return because of size/fit issues, we are paying nearly 7£ in total for nothing. Delivery 3.99£ + 2.99£ return label. Total waste of money.

Poor Customer Service
Royal Mail show the package as delivered but I haven't received it. The image looks as though it has been wrongly delivered to a neighbouring propery but it is empty so I can't check.
I have contacted Hype three times, using the online form, by email and leaving a message in the chat. I have not received a response.
Following this review, I was contacted by customer service who apologised and resolved the issue by sending a replacement which arrived promptly. Therefore, I'm amending from a 1 star to 3 star review. Just a shame I had to leave a review to get a response. This was not a big order, if it had been I would have been more worried about the lack of contact. I have placed orders before and always been pleased with the prompt delivery and the products. Thanks for sorting the problem eventually.

Absolutely quality backpacks
After owning a hype backpack and using it every single day for 8 years, it finally fell apart. Absolutely broke my heart to part with it, so much so that I actually found ways to carry on using it until I could finally bring myself to start using the new hype backpack I bought about a month before.
My new backpack is amazing quality, nice and spacious and even has a laptop sleeve (the old one didn't). The straps are comfortable on my arm and feel nice and sturdy. It's a great price for great quality. I'm looking forward to growing just as attached to this backpack as I was my old one.

Wide choice of designs
Wide choice of designs and most seemed available in the size I wanted online. I think that the cut of the hoodies is a bit narrow. My grandson is quite slim but there is not a lot of room for other clothing underneath, otherwise he was very happy with the hoodie

The item looked great however.....
The item looked great however I ordered a 11-12 and was too small for my 9 year old who is normally in 11-12 so they come up small. The stitching on the netted bit inside has been stitched wonky and sticks in to the leg so even if they did fit they would be uncomfortable. I was disappointed that I had to pay to return them.
