Its super easy to use the website especially for first time buyer.

The items were not suitable for my skin when I looked at the ingredients I was not able to use the product but they would not give me an address to return the unopened products or give me a refund , I woukd not recommend this company to anyone

I originally left a 5-star review because the ordering process was easy, the pricing was excellent, and I was genuinely excited to try this brand.
Unfortunately, my experience changed after my order arrived. The main Micro Skin Care Kit was missing, and I only received part of my order. I now have to go through the process of proving that I didn't receive the item, which is frustrating and disappointing as a first-time customer.
I understand that companies need to investigate missing packages, but I hope this is resolved quickly and fairly. A positive customer experience doesn't end at checkout—it also includes how issues are handled when something goes wrong.
I'm hopeful for a good resolution, but if this process takes too long or isn't handled well, I'll likely look for a more reliable company for these products. I'll gladly update my review if the issue is resolved promptly.

First of all, I have not received all the items. I contact them right after with the proof that I have missing items , my concerns were never resolved. Nobody contacted me and they couldn’t even return it. The ingredients they put in doesn’t match the description of the product. Very disappointed I won’t recommend to Nobodt!, such a waste of money and waste of time
