I am very happy with the 2 pillows I ordered but the ones I originally ordered I think were better

Was struggling to sleep in the heat and my old shoulder injury was playing up from constantly trying to get comfortable, so I took the plunge, broke the bank and bought a pillow. Worth every penny so far.
I was surprised how well I quickly got used to the pillow. It’s much lighter than my original Tempur. The only negative is that I think it might not be quite the right size for me so if I don’t fall asleep in the right position I can get a stiff neck however my back ache seems to have improved! I used the measurement guide & know I had the option to send it back within the 30 days. You do ideally need the correct pillow cases for it as my standard ones are a little too long.

Really good pillow that works. I started using this pillow for its side sleeping benefits and I have noticed the difference in improved support straight away. I have given it only 4 stars just due to the price. I paid £140! I went for it due to the sleep trial offered by Tempur.

We are sorry to hear that the unique shape hasn't provided the comfort you were expecting.
Because the Original is an ergonomic pillow, its 'odd' contoured shape is specifically designed to follow the natural curve of your head, neck, and shoulders. Unlike a 'standard' rectangular pillow, it aims to align your spine perfectly, which can take some time to get used to if you are transitioning from a traditional feather or fiber pillow.
We usually recommend a 'break-in' period of 2–3 weeks to allow your body to adjust to this structural support. However, we understand that comfort is subjective.
If you find that an ergonomic shape isn't for you, we do offer 'Traditional' shaped pillows that provide TEMPUR® support in a more familiar feel.
