Excellent product
I invested in this product to relieve neck pain. It is very comfortable but as I have had it for only 4 weeks I can’t tell whether it has made any difference
I have been using this pillow for about 3 weeks now. My quality of sleep has improved and I am not waking up each morning with neck ache, as I had been previously. The price of the pillow had made me cautious but it is worth every penny. I love it!

Good pillow that seems to have had a positive impact on the depth of my husband's sleep and also the snoring! It would be handy if it came with the pillow case rather than having to buy it separately.

I went on line to find information about how to use the pillow as it has two different heights and it is clear that it needs to be positioned correctly. Unfortunately the Tempur info, both the written text and the short videos, give inconsistent contradictory info. I sleep on my back and not on my side or front. Some of the info says that for sleeping on the back it is one way, and other info says it is the other way. All the info gives the same info about putting the higher part of the pillow to support the neck for sleeping on the side. But for sleeping on the back sometimes it is the lower part under the neck and sometimes the higher part. I have a question and a comment. Question: Please can you tell me which is the right position for the pillow for sleeping on the back? You can find my email address for customer reference 5180542103 Comment: There should be an instruction guidance note in the box with the pillow explaining with pictures and text the correct positions for the pillow for the different modes of sleeping. It should also be on the sales pages on the web site so we know this when we buy it.
This is a high quality, well-made product, but unfortunately it didn't help with my neck condition

Very comfortable, the best pillow I have ever brought does exactly what it said on the website.
This pllow is good if you get pains in your neck. It's comfortable, I don't find it very cooling but could just be me. I would recommend.

Takes a little getting used to but Zi have found that it had helped my neck and back pain.
Since I’ve been using this pillow. I’ve slept better, and I don’t wake up with any neck pain. It’s been worth the cost, compared to cheaper alternatives. Would recommend 100%.
