Do not use! My account has just been suspended for being used outside of the UK! I've not been outside of the UK and have questioned them to which they responded "we wish you all the best for the future!" and they have not paid out what I had accrued.
Toluna is a waste of time, not worth trying.
I’ve signed up about a two weeks ago, completed a few surveys, enough to redeem a 10£ voucher, and this is when the issues start. The first voucher was processing for 2 days then got rejected without any reason provided, points returned to my account. I’ve tried for the second time with a different voucher, same story. Then I’ve tried for the third time, and I lost access to my account! When I try to log in either on the app or the website it doesn’t work, password reminder doesn’t work either I never received any of the password reset emails from Toluna. My account vanished! I would like to unsubscribe and forget about this terrible experience, but even this seems to be an issue, when I click the unsubscribe link in one of the old emails from Toluna the page doesn’t work…
One star was triggered by the issues, but overall when it worked I must say both the website and the app were rather poor quality.
Toluna is a waste of time, not worth trying.

This site sends you lots of surveys, but they are not clear how much you can earn as you get paid in Tokens.
These surveys can take A LOT of time and to get £5, you may be taking surveys that take up to 30+ hrs.

ITS A SCAM, BIG FAT SCAM. YOU CANT REDEEMED THE REWARDS, IT WILL ALWAYS GETS CANCELLED FOR NO KNOWN REASONS, AND THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT WONT EVEN REPLY TO ALL OF YOUR TICKETS. DONT EVEN DARE TRY THE APP, I SWEAR ON MY GRAVE, TOLUNA IS A SCAM.

Waste of time filling out so many questions to be told you don’t qualify for the survey. Most of the time you spend ages filling the surveys for it to throw an error up at the last question. Don’t bother wasting your time on this awful company. I will be deleting my account

What's happened Toluna? Since I joined in January I've been very happy with you....until this week. Today alone had three long surveys throw up an error page right at the end. This isn't good enough ...very disappointed and disillusioned

With every one I completed (some taking up to an hour), on getting to the end and pressing SUBMIT, a message popped up on the screen saying 'Error ..whoops this is our fault not yours. Every survey I do craps out either at beginning or end so I don't get any points, it does not give me any encouragement to do the surveys. Also I can't remember my password won't give me any help resetting it, I keep asking but no reset gets sent. So they have got my voucher, they won't send it to me or email me with it

Don't waste your time
I also have been with Toluna for a long time. Recently at the end of every survey all you get is sorry, it's not you it's us. Survey completed - no points given. Impossible to contact them. I will be doing no more of their surveys till I see they are up and running

I completed a survey which was supposed to take 3 hours and actually took 6. When completed I was suppose to receive 53000 points.
Got to the end and clicked to complete.
Was thrown out of my account and couldn’t log in.
Raised a query as to why and I was told I violated their terms and conditions because I hadn’t answered some of the questions in the survey correctly. They are just gleaning all your personal info from you.
Keep well clear of these scamming b******s!!!
They pay you way too little
They pay you way too little, while they probably rake in the cash. Don't waste your time here, and just use another website to fill in surveys if that is what you want to do.

Other Panel Companies Pay Much More..
I have been panelist for over 6 Months now and not made even 10 dollars. This is really low compared to another survey website that i joined recently opinioninn.com where i have made over $100 in just couple of months. Toluna needs to improve their payout as it very low compared to similar website now.

They used to be a good survey website till recently. They seem to have got some cost cutters in their team who are suspending accounts for dodgy reasons just not to pay the rewards.
Hard to Earn from Toluna
Recently anytime I've tried to do a Toluna survey it cuts out towards the end with a message saying 'something's gone wrong, it's not you, it's us.' This means that they get all your info but pay you nothing. I had one reply to my query about this but nothing changed, and further enquiries were ignored with a message saying that it had been dealt with. Not happy.
