Disappointment
Just spent 30 minutes on a very good coffee concept survey, until the last slide, to receive the message I did not qualified (meaning: thank you for completing the entire survey, but no rewards, we're in cost saving mode...)
Disappointing...
Survey taken on Cointiply, under AdScend Media
Absolute con and waste of time
Spend 10 minutes answering questions to find out if you are eligible to take a 15 minute survey then don't qualify for said survey. Get a pittance in points for each survey.
Get a paper round instead as it's better paid, quicker and more dignified.
Waste of time
If I could give no stars I would. Gives lots of surveys until you get close to earning a reward then suddenly there are no surveys available. Also repeatedly gets you to fill in long surveys then after up to 10 minutes says you aren't the profile they are looking for and boots you off.
Total waste your time
I think they are looking for super sepicific people's opinion or they just try all the way to condem you as' disqualified'. Totally waste your time, there is no way for me to finish even one survey. They blash me out because I choose my computer brand as HP, you will not understand, anyway. Special survey company:(
Hi Toluna,
Hi Toluna,
I have been using the sites with no issues for the past few months. However, I have been unable to sign into my account these past few days for no apparent reason. I have sent multiple messages from my email address and no one has replied to me to let me know what’s going on. Can someone help me sort this out please as I had 2 rewards that were processing
Advertised as £14 - £19 an hour, work from home, no experience needed.
I found this website through google by typing jobs in Maidstone.
Since I registered I have done 7 surveys. I have earned 8,515 points with no more than 3000 points pending approval for my last 2 surveys. This would bring the total to about 11,000 points. I have spent more than 4 hours (not taking into account the time I spent on surveys I was screened out of). For a £10 voucher you need 55,000 points.
Ok, if it takes roughly 3 hours to get 10,000 points then you'd need between 15 and 17 hours to earn £10.
How is this £14 -£19 an hour?
I don't mind doing surveys but you you share so much personal information and they give you "candy" which is bad for your health (of course this is metaphor).
In my opinion this is a joke.
What is your opinion?
Survey Website With no Surveys
I wish I was able to give toluna no stars as they gave me no surveys at all after 3 weeks using it.
Unfortunately, I can only give them 1 star os that's that.
Slow
Takes your inputs, You spend 15 minute than says we were looking for different profile. Website is good but slow to earn points.
I have been a member for many many…
I have been a member for many many years. Love the surveys and have ALWAYS BEEN OAID MY REWARDS! You should Definitely check out this site.
Don't waste your time and energy
This survey site is a complete con, you get half way through surveys and are then told that you do not qualify and the few points that you do accrue expire before you can gain enough to claim a reward. A complete ripoff and waste of time AVOID
Toluna is a data stealing scam
Scam. You give them loads of information for nothing. Basically you fill in a complicated survey every time to see if you are suitable to fill in a survey and then get told you are not suitable. It’s a disgrace they are allowed to steal your information in this way. I will not be using them ever again.
Timed out time and time again
Have spent a lot of time doing these surveys and the points can be good, that is if you’re not timed out after already inputting lots of information! It might be worth it for serious survey-doers but if you don’t have a lot of time on your hands and are looking for a quick reward I would avoid this survey site.
Constant login issues
Toluna in a few sentences
Surveys are rigged to take your data before telling you that you are unsuccessful.
Log in issues are a major problem.
Website is un-accessable often.
Rewards can take months and months to process.. if even at all.
Don't waste your time. Honestly.
Rewards are very small and smaller than…
Rewards are very small and smaller than the sister in USA. Takes forever to get anything. You can get out of a survey after spending 20 minutes and NO REWARD AT ALL.
Now I've learned your points "expired" and if you don't spend it quickly, they'll take them from your account without warning.
The surveys fails quite a bit too.
Overall, don't waste your time with it. It isn't worth it.
Run, don't walk, away.
Although I had only joined a few weeks ago, I was getting frustrated at how many surveys were suddenly terminated several minutes in. Yes, you might need a different profile, but why not ask those questions first?
Then there was a survey for Lotto, where you had to watch adverts, and give your opinions, then watch the ad again and explain in detail you opinion. After about ten minutes of this, yes, you've guessed it, "we are looking for a different profile."
So I complained to Customer Service. Result? I get kicked out, my account is terminated "as you requested" (I didn't) and I can kiss my 50,000 points goodbye.
Really crappy
Really crappy, 90% of surveys says ‘We are sorry’ so doesn’t even let you start never mind complete
You have to really work at this to earn…
You have to really work at this to earn actual gift card's. You can earn the gift card's if you take part in every survey all day every day. That's even if your accepted. You hardly get accepted. Great layout and concept though if your the right person they need to fill out the survey's
One of the lowest paying of all the…
One of the lowest paying of all the survey sites that I'm a member of. To get enough points for £35 paypal it takes many months because points for surveys are so pitifully small. To make things even worse they raised the points needed for £35 and your points are only valid for 16 months! I know of no other site that actually deletes your points after a certain time has passed, except 'Your Views', a toluna subsidiary unsurprisingly. The funny (or sad) thing is they even admit to you about their low point rewards and say to join their browser/phone monitor for 15k extra points a month. I joined their 'consumer insight' over a month ago just to see if I would get the points but have not received anything. Payment redemptions are sluggish too. Overall I wouldn't recommend.
