Accidentally ordered the wrong keyboard, emailed them about it and they were very kind and got back in less than 24 hours. Great service. Really helpful and good

I placed my order late Sunday night only to realise when looking at my confirmation email that I’d accidentally ordered the wrong colour. I emailed straight away but not expecting a response for at least 2-3 days but to my surprise the customer service team had emailed back by 09:10 the following morning. I was easily able to amend my order to the correct colour easily and efficiently. The team have been nothing but helpful and I am very impressed with the service so far. I’m very excited to receive my product!

This was my 2nd order from here, came a little faster this time. Like before tracking kinda fell apart once it hit the UK

Honestly nothing wrong with company but the delivery has been a nightmare and it has almost been a month with out reciving the product, to the point I would prefer my money back.

If the wrong shipping method had not been selected, I would have had a much better experience, but they are still amazing.

I had an issue with my rainy 75 keyboard where it would be quite expensive to fix - I contacted the team and they were always quick to respond and offered helpful tips to try to fix the issue. As the matter could not be fixed without expensive cost, they have offered me a replacement keyboard - excellent customer service

Absolutely incredible company and customer service. WhatGeek has a wide selection of products which is great, but what sets them apart is the service. I have had a problem with one of the products that I got for a birthday and after some likely troubleshooting, WhatGeek has offered to send a replacement free of charge with no return required. I will definitely shop here again!

Was looking for a joint anniversary present and treat from my wife and I wanted a handheld retro gaming console. Settled on the RG556 and I couldn't be happier. Plenty of tutorials online to help with any game glitches, especially with PS2 emulation. When I decide to upgrade, I'll be back!!

I am a repeat customer, but this was the first time I've needed to contact WhatGeek UK regarding a problem with my order. I'm happy to say that they solved my problem and are sending out a replacement unit in place of the original which had a faulty hinge. I'm very satisfied with the outcome and service.
