Wrong product - no refund/return
I really wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered. I ordered a handheld console which said it came with a free case and screen protector. 2 weeks later it arrived and it was just the case and protector. I emailed to ask if the console was coming separately. They asked for pictures of the shipping label and contents. I sent them. Then they said as the shipping label is the correct weight I have what I ordered. I said responded saying that was incorrect. They told me it might have been stolen before it got to me so they'll refund me £10. I paid £80. This means they're charging me £70 for a case for a product I don't own. There was no tear on the packaging. Given my experience and the other reviews I'd recommend buying from elsewhere as this isn't an isolated problem.

Do not order from UK Whatgeek! No reply to request for refund. Items are from China not UK!
I recently purchased a small game console for my son for Christmas (order WGUK_19310). I purchased it from this website, even though it was cheaper elsewhere, specifically because of its UK address and was shocked when I was notified the item was being shipped from China!
I have been trying to arrange a return and refund of the item and they have not replied to any of my emails. The return process is to send them an email within 30 days and they will provide a return authorisation number. I have sent various emails but they do not reply and so I am stuck as I do not have the authorisation number.
It feels like I have been scammed. I would advise anyone considering ordering from UK Whatgeek DO NOT DO IT! If you need to return the item they will ignore you.
I never write reviews, but I felt I had to warn others.

Dodgy do your research
Paid for priority processing after a few days noticed it was still being prepared. So I emailed to check and the agent says that my order has gone to normal processing now. I should of read the reveiws and researched this site before ordering. A mistake I will not make again. They confuse you by putting UK in the URL when in actual fact it's shipping from China. Let's face it if we see UK you would assume it's being shipped from inside the UK. I've asked for a refund and if I don't get confirmation I'm putting it down as fraud. its free to be transparent with customers who come across your site. £120 is alot of money to be waiting thing long for what maybe a faulty product or a wrong product. I will make it my mission to take you down as a company if I don't either get my item or refund in due time I hate my time being wasted.

Faulty item received, waiting on replacement
Item received was faulty, working with Customer Service to get a replacement. Hopefully will be resolved soon.
Good prices but long waiting times.
First of all their prices are good and they offer a nice wide selection of keyboards and other keyboard and computer adjacent things.
I ordered a macropad, and it works great is clearly of a good quality. Be warned though that they ship from China, so it will take time for your order to arrive. Mine took around a month to arrive.
The only issue I had was the time it took to ship my order, their in formation page said a time frame but it took longer than that, so be warned about that, I contacted them about that and they replied very promptly, but just better communication would have been enough, if it's going to take longer to ship an order just let me know.

The first unit that arrived was faulty
The first unit that arrived was faulty. But after a couple of emails and only a days wait the company shipped out a replacement. Very helpful staff and quick efficient service when dealing with any issues. Would definitely use WhatGeek again.
Ajazz wireless keyboard
Bought an Ajazz wireless keyboard, item is great, absolutely no issues with it.
Very quick dispatch, and quick responses to communication.
Only point to note is that the item was shipped from overseas, when I presumed the company/stock was UK based. However, shipping was included in the listed price, and I was not charged further taxes, so overall a positive experience.

Faulty retroid pocket 4 pro off this company.
I bought a retroid pocket 4 pro off this site and the screen stopped working within 2 weeks, emailed and messaged them explaining the problem but they refused to listen to my complaints and asked me to sign up to another site to send them video evidence. Sent them a video clearly showing the screen not working and they refused to answer after that and wont help me at all. Checking the reviews on this chinese company they clearly show that their goods are sub standard and have hundreds of compaints. Im now out of pocket to the sum of £220. Do not buy from this company.

Excellent customer service and overall experience
My order was well packaged and arrived quickly, as it usually does from these guys. They even included some extras I wasn't expecting! (Cases for the Anbernic handhelds I ordered)
I had an issue with one of the devices due to a manufacturer defect, and within hours a replacement had been organised and was on its way, better customer service than most other online retailers. I'm a repeat customer and will certainly continue to be.
Sent replacement right away!
Customer service has been so helpful! I received my keyboard and keypad/ calculator (which are gorgeous btw). The keyboard was missing a shift key. They are sending me a whole new keyboard because of it. Super helpful and grateful for them.
Great service
I ordered an Anbernic RG40XXV handheld which arrived quite quickly, however unfortunately the device was faulty. Thankfully WhatGeek were quick to resolve this, their customer service were very apologetic and arranged to send me out a replacement immediately at no expense to me.
Calculator
When I received my calculator, it did come broken but when emailing the company, they were super helpful, fast, and sent a new one for me! The product it self is so beautiful! Worth the wait :)
Such a good company to buy from
