Placed an order and attempted to…

Placed an order and attempted to cancel, got no response and order has been marked as shipped.

They hide that they aren't a UK company despite advertising as one, so there is the possibility of duty and tax.

This is the reason I wanted cancellation but have been ignored.

Reading about not being able to return items without sending back to china is worrying, will be doing a PayPal claim.

Horrific

I bought a device from them and it arrived with oxidation under the shoulder buttons and in the ear phone jack. When i complained, i was ignored. I provided photo proof and a review on the device section, only to find it deleted and my account no longer accessible.
Terrifying customer service and horrific quality control. I wouldn't ask my worst enemy to buy from here.
I instead recommend "Litnxt" and "Droix".

Not a UK company!

First of all, this is a Chinese company. Everything is sent from China. They are unresponsive to emails. If you'll have an issue and need a return/refund, raise a PayPal dispute because they will do everything not to have a return. Horrible customer service. Simply stay away.

Fairly certain that this is a scam…

Fairly certain that this is a scam organizations.
Placed an order and payment was processed. Zero updates since.
No replies to any of my emails by their customer service.

Avoid.

Ordered 5 times, always been great

I'm now on my fifth order from this company and never had any issues. Yes, the shipping is slow, but it clearly states on the website that dispatch times are 5-15 working days. Delivery comes from China but the keyboards have always been well packaged and in perfect condition. As long as you're happy to be patient this is a great website for sourcing keyboards at affordable prices.

Review revised! Thanks Whatgeek!

This was initially a negative review of the company. It took a while to receive my item and when it arrived, it wasn't working correctly.

Since then though, What geek have surprised me! They got in touch and have replaced the item without any issue. The new item seems to be perfect and didn't take long to arrive, so it seems fair to change this to a good review.

Any company can make a mistake, but it takes a good company, which cares for its customers to go out of their way to fix the mistake. Thanks!

Wont let me return faulty products

I received 2 faulty diy kits, and 2 items from my order never arrived. I have been asking to return the products for a month and have been brushed off consistently. they are now saying because its been "too long" i cant return my items and so i'm left with 2 broken keyboard kits i cant use. Additionally they are saying that the additional 2 items have been marked as delivered even though i haven't received them and are refusing to compensate me for this.

Horrendous non involved company

I bought a rg35xx h, and straight from the box it wouldn't boot.
Emailed them, no answer
Emailed support, twice, no answer
Went to 24 hour chat, no answer.
Don't waste your time giving them your money

Package processing - No communication

This is a copy of my original review on their main account. I ordered six days ago and received a tracking number straight away. The tracking on their website said it was in transit but if you punched in the tracking number in the courier's website named Yun Express, it says they received the information and the status is "processing". They haven't replied to any of my messages until yesterday, when they replied on their website chat and said they were on the Lunar Year Holiday and just got back and that they asked the Warehouse about my package. They haven't gotten back to me since and the package is still "processing". I suspect they are either waiting to receive the product from another supplier/store (although it was in Stock according to their site) or they will never send it. It would've been much faster and secure if I had ordered through Ebay or Amazon and for about the same price. I'm willing to submit a new review if they decide to communicate clearly with me before I issue a chargeback. Until then, stay clear.
