Absolutely incredible experience. Placed an order in the evening and it arrived the next day. Considering the delivery charge was substantially less than a lot of their competitors, I was expecting delivery to be several days later. Very happy and would definitely use again.

The specs for the toilet seat could have been more detailed. The toilet seat we bought doesn’t quite fit but can’t be bothered with the hassle of sending it back. However, the delivery time was good and we got what we ordered.

I am sorry to hear that the item you received was not as expected. This particular seat is a natural oak and as such each one is unique.
That said we will always try and get you a version that you are happy with.
I can' t see any e-mail corresponce or images of the item you have received so if you would like to contact our sales / customer service team we will do our best to help. Providing the seat hasn't been fitted we may well be able to swap this for something you are happy with or provide a full refund.

Excellent service and quality
The order arrived quickly and well packed. The seat was easy to fix and is evidently good quality. An added bonus is that it can easily be removed for more thorough cleaning.

Great customer service!
Bought a toilet seat from the UK Bathrooms website and although it was difficult to be 100% certain, it looked the closest shape to fit our loo. Unfortunately, after a very prompt delivery, we discovered it wasn't the right shape. I emailed the company and they emailed back a return form which I used to send back the parcel. The cost was promptly returned to my account. Great customer service!
