The installation of my Bi fold doors ran smoothly, there was a product defect that was fixed quickly.

A 10 year warranty was purchased. The condition of the warranty is that an annual service has to be undertaken - Fair enough.

But now 3 years after installation the company has suddenly told me that i can only have an annual service if i provide proof of purchase and warranty details.

I am now forced to try to locate these documents even though i have had technicians to the house every year for three years, looking at the doors.

Its quite clear that my details are on the companies system but they have decided to put the onus on me to prove it.

It feels as if this company has decided i am no longer making them any money and are trying to get rid of me.

Not usually one to write reviews but just wanted to share my experience with UKBifold. I am glad I paid the extra £300 for the Reynaers system after such a bad experience with another local competitor. After much advice, I did some research and it has really paid off!

After reading some online reviews I was little apprehensive about placing an order with ukbifold but after much consideration I decided to take the plunge and order, I never felt pressured to place an order and alix was really helpful from start to finish. I'm really pleased with my new bifolds, after visiting many showrooms i am glad we picked the Reynaers bifolds in the end.

Having researched various companies I opted for UK Bi-Fold because of the quality and guarantee, this then followed friendly correspondence in finalising my requirements and price, once agreed this was then dealt with swiftly by the installation team, all of which culminated in the fitting of which was bang on time, 8.00am with friendly professional fitters who did a fantastic job completed with a demo for my 3 door bi fold & window. A pleasure from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them !

We had a 3 panel bi folding door fitted and after search long and hard it was the professionalism and the guarantee that convinced us this was the company to go with.
From start to finish the experience was easy and less stressful than i had thought. Stacey talked us through the beginning stage, no pressure to buy at all and gave us all the information we needed. Once we decided this was the right company the ordering, measuring, installation ran to time and i loved the fact that we were consistently informed of what was happening. The installation was intact a little earlier than planned, which was great, and the fitters were friendly, quick and tidy...my builder could take note of that!
Apart from the service i don't think the price can be knocked either, we decided to take the fitted route to make use of the 10 yr guarantee ...who offers that? Peace of mind and great service.

I had 5 fold bi-fold doors, a French door as well as a picture window ordered and installed by UK bifold.The quality of the product is great and the price competitive.
There were some delays due to issues beyond their control and the whole thing got me very stressed - throughout Stacey, Vikki, Emma and Matt remained professional and helpful. I was impressed by their attitude in the face of an extremely stressed customer (myself). Even the surveyor Joseph and the installer whose name unfortunately escapes me were lovely to deal with. all in all an impressive group of people and I would not hesitate to recommend them and their firm. thank you.

I ordered 3 metre bi-fold doors with integral blinds at a competitive price, I received good advice from the sales department and did not feel any pressure to buy. We then dealt with surveying/install team thereafter, who were approachable and kept to the survey and delivery dates. The install team came early and the doors were installed in the morning. I think the doors are great quality, we have used the traffic door regularly since installation a month ago and no problems. Operation of the bifold is an easy flowing action although has installed in October not much use of this at the moment. The blinds look good but are fiddly to adjust with the magnetised adjusters although you can remedy this by sticking these down permanently. We haven't adjusted the blinds that much at the moment and may prefer not to have the adjusters dangling down so if you keep them magnestised it gives you the option of removing them and using as required. All in all an easy pleasant experience throughout and also we have a warranty which includes 10 year annual service. Based on my experience thus far, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend UKBifold.

As a small time developer I have ordered doors from this company 7 times now. I continue to give them my business as they produce a good product at a good price, they deliver when they say they will, occasionally before if they can, and are always available to discuss my order in a very helpful manner. I once had an issue with a handle which broke after being handled with force, and they replaced it straight away without question at no cost. I can thoroughly recommend UK Bifold.

We've had outstanding customer service from initial concept through to installation, follow-up and now (a year later) booking in a service. We are also delighted about the look, feel and quality of the doors itself.

We are a firm of architects and use UK bifold very frequently. We always deal with Stacey for quotes and she is very efficient with getting these back to us.
Once and order has been generated, delivery is normally fairly quick and within the original proposed scheduled.
After sales could be improved as although we haven't had to deal with the department very often when we had to in a couple of occasions we noted that it wasn't as efficient.

I dealt with UK Bifolds at the end of last year when I was having an extension built. Our advisor (Stacey Tate) did a fantastic job of understanding our requirements, proposing different options, and ensuring we stuck to our budget. Once all the pre-sales work was complete and an order was placed, they met our tight deadlines and liaised with our builders seamlessly. The products (1 large bifold and 3 floor to ceiling windows look fantastic. I would highly recommend both UKbifold and Stacey.

I bought large sliding doors to cover an opening of approx. 6m. We found to get the same quality of mechanism and thin sightline elsewhere you were paying a real premium.

I worked with Stacey as my sales consultant who was always very helpful and answered any questions pre and post installation promptly.

Would happily recommend the company to others.

Just wanted to say, all the windows are in and they look great! Chris and Kenny did a lovely job, very helpful, efficient and friendly. All done done professionally from first visit to the showroom to the end of the installation.

After much research I decided to go with UKBifold due to their very informative website.
Made an appointment at their very impressive Manchester showroom and our salesman Matt was very helpful without being pushy.
We agreed a price and 4 weeks later the Installers arrived on time, worked without stopping all day and left a great job.
Highly recommend UKBifold to anyone!

I was recommended this company by a friend who had bought them for an extension. I decided upon the powder coated aluminium doors almost 5m wide which they made to order so an exact style and minimum frame design could be achieved. I decided to fit myself and it was pretty straight forward. I had a number of questions to confirm the fitting technique and was well supported. We now qulity and attractive made to measure Bifold doors at decent pricing that look really good. Rob

We are absolutely thrilled with our bifold doors and keep opening and closing them (with one hand!) like it's a new toy. It was beautiful weather in London on Saturday and it made all the difference having our lovely new doors opening up the house to the glorious weather.

Did a lot of research earlier this year to get some bi-folds. Found UK Bifold to be head and shoulders above others when it came to service and cost. Extremely pleased with the whole process, from the quotation and getting questions answered by Stacey in Sales, to the level of communication with Maggie in the construction / installation booking phase, through to the guys who came to site to install. Everyone was extremely helpful, very prompt and a pleasure to deal with. I thought that the pricing was extremely competitive and the quality is great. Doors have now been in six months and really pleased with them. All warranties received and doors been well used over the summer with no issues at all. I would thoroughly recommend people to use UK Bifold for these doors.
