Terrible customer service

We bought ukbifold.doors for a new build instead of going with the doors recommended by our builder. They delayed delivery which cost on the build, the doors were not sealed properly and we had to have an engineer return several time. Finally, do not buy the integrated blinds. The magnet controls have to be properly weighted otherwise they jump off the window or don't work. Our controls were supplied without the correct number magnets but by the time the build was finished. The magnet controls were out of their one year warranty. The company have refused to offer a solution.

Poor Customer Service

Our sliding doors were well fitted and look great as they should for an expensive product. The problems we have had mainly relate to the internal blinds fitted in each door. We have raised issues with these on each of the service visits and on the last one we showed the engineer that the blind had completely failed. He agreed and took the information back to the company. We have phoned and phoned about a replacement and can't get an answer, the customer service is really poor and the company is blaming their supplier. Over three months has passed and we have no date or information for this warranty issue to be resolved. At this point our messages left at customer service are not even being answered.

Hi Paul,
We have just come across this review, I'm sorry to hear everything didn't go to plan with the integral blinds. At the time of writing this, our system shows that new blinds have been reordered and install at the property in February. Should you require any further assistance please don't hesitate to contact the office. Thanks
