Very efficient and professional service and installation

UK Boiler Care quoted me for a new boiler following a service which found that my old boiler needed replacing. The salesman was very thorough and professional in his explanation of the choices that I had and any risks and issues involved in the installation. The installation was completed in half a day and was trouble free.

Professional boiler instillation

Great customer service from the start. Came and did a quote, which we received by email the same day. Were able to answer our questions even to the point of coming for a second visit to make sure they were giving the correct information.
On the days of the instillation, workforce were on time, used dust sheets to protect our floors and progressed with the instillation professionally.

Top Notch Company

No hard sell and dodgy pricing. Quote was final price.
Was encouraged to keep the old boiler system, instead of changing to a combi, as was told it was a good system that had been installed very well. Just needed to upgrade to an eco boiler with higher wattage. System was flushed and I wanted thermostats on most rads.
Quote was day after being seen and fitted a few days later.
Adam was brilliant. Some of the work was a little more complex than first thought but he said things can always be done… and they were.
This is a top notch company and I thoroughly recommend. I will certainly be using them for servicing and other work, when needed, in the future

UK Boiler Care are an excellent company. From deciding to have a new boiler installed to it actually being installed and fitted was extremely quick. The engineer was brilliant. I can highly recommend this Company

Great value, great service and great aftercare

A refreshing change to the big corporates. I have had 3 boilers changed in 2024 after one was condemned and found UKBC so good to deal with, i decided to change 2 more. The installations where smooth and even with a couple of anomalies, these didn't pose as a challenge for UKBC. I must give credit to their customer service team, who are exceptional

Supplied and fitted new boiler

Supplied and fitted new boiler, work was completed exactly as agreed and completed neatly and tidily. Good follow up to confirm all was OK and all appropriate paperwork received. Discount offered for first year on service contract.

Boiler installed, minimal disruption and no damage in the house. Fair pricing (boilers are expensive wherever you go). I’ll be having them back to service.

The installation was very professional…yes, as I’ve already said, great installation, great lads, right boiler for me.

The installation was very professional and surprisingly quick. The new boiler is more efficient, quieter and smaller, I feel now warmer than I ever have in the 30+ years I lived here. UKBC did a great job, i don’t know why I nursed the old boiler for all those years? Very pleased, great lads, great boiler, I made the right choice.

I would strongly recommend UK Boiler Care

This very kind,pleasant and professional team arrived on time each day. Left the house absolutely spotlessly clean and tidy each night and when they finished the work. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They took away both the old boiler and the warm air heater and replaced them with the new ones. They tried not to make too much noise as I have an elderly cat who was very scared. I would strongly recommend UK Boiler Care.

This company is good for putting in new…

This company is good for putting in new boilers but beware of their service contracts. You could end up paying £19.99 a month for years and then being charged for a call-out. Be careful of a grasping and incompetent company. The fact is that I was a cover plan customer from December 2013, and had ‘gold cover’ first for one property, then for 3, until recently. I have now spoken with the tenant who assures me that ‘something was definitely wrong and it the heating was not switched off’. Uk boilercare should understand that what is being paid for (over £700 a year for 3 gold service contracts) is insurance that people will never have to suffer from lack of heating in winter on the one day out of a thousand normal days that things have gone wrong and they can’t get warm. That is what the cover is paying for. It is fraudulent to then charge £102 for call-out.

This is a very unfair, insulting and unfounded review. As a company, we are neither "grasping" nor "incompetent". We treat all our customers with fairness and respect. We expect the same in return. This customer has been with us for over 10 years and has had properties on our cover plans for many years. Recently, she requested we visit one of her rental properties to investigate the heating not working. On arrival, our engineer found that it was not working due to user error -the heating had been turned off on the time clock. Our engineer turned the heating back on and left with all working. The customer later informed us (after our visit) that new tenants from Mongolia had taken up residence and did not know how to operate the heating controls correctly. Our cover plans have very simple exemptions, which are clearly stated in our terms and conditions. I should have thought that the customer would have been well aware of the exemptions -having been with us for so long. One of these is user error. if on arrival we find that the controls have been incorrectly set/operated by a third party (in this case a tenant), our visit will become chargeable at our standard flat-rate call out charge of £102 Incl. VAT.

Ben put a new boiler in for us and we were pleased with his professional and friendly manner. Carrie and Andrew in the office were both helpful too. Boiler is working well and we hope to carry on using UKBoiler Care for services in the future.
