No heating

Sorry I have not been able to do this sooner
Our boiler broke down on sat 30 now one call to UKBC
Mon 2 Dec fitter apt Tuesday and all I can say a fantastic job done and I can't praise Jake enough for getting the heating back on
Thanks UKBC looking forward to see you in February

An efficient hard working company.

Sean the boss man was very efficient and saw immediately that my “ancient boiler” (approx 40 years old since the house was built) needed replacing with one of his Vailiant boilers.
On the day agreed, Adam the engineer arri at 8 am and set to work diligently after putting protective sheets on the kitchen floor. On his own he took the old boiler off the wall and replaced it with the new one which was slightly larger and I imagine a lot heavier. The electrician arrived soon after Adam had talked to him on his phone and immediately set to work on his part of the work which he completed very efficiently and went to do another job In another area , leaving Adam on his own again to do the outside part of the new boiler job which necessitated lifting up one of the patio paving stones directly under the outside part of the boiler to create a drain for occasional drips from there . He had to bore a hole in the soil and lift out some soil and then replace the paving stone in its previous place. All this was done expertly leaving the paving as it had been befor
Adam only needed an occasional cup of tea for sustenance. A truly hard working young man!
I would recommend this company for a boiler replacement.

We had a problem with our boilder and…

We had a problem with our boilder and the UK boiler care team visited shortly after being contacted and we were able to agree a price on the spot. The replacement boiler was fitted very soon after, all the team were very efficient and friendly. Thanks everyone.

Fitting of new boiler and radiators


The team at UKBC was great. They went through the options. We had an old central air system to replace, and once we settled on a new boiler, they helped identify the right radiators to fit in our flat. They were happy to accommodate my requests to route the pipes where I needed them on the loft for some boarding, and the work was completed on time.

Andrew at the office could work around my dates and was on hand to answer any questions.

In conclusion, I would recommend UKBC for your heating needs.

Everything thing went perfectly...the…

Everything thing went perfectly...the promptness of the diagnosis of my boiler problem...coming out on a sat afternoon..the new boilers installation...I couldn't be more pleased

BEWARE - calling people for additional boiler service

I was called by them when my boiler was due service (when not having service with them) to say that they want to book it without mentioning anything that they would charge for it. The engineer came in, completed the job and gave me the tablet to sign (nothing can be seen on tablet, just big field to sign).
Got invoice for the service at the end.
Tried to resolve it but was told that I was given the price (which is not true) and I have to pay or seek legal advice.
BEWARE!

This is a case of mistaken identity. We serviced this customer's boiler in 2022. We telephoned him this June, clearly informing him who we were, to ask if he would like us to service his boiler this year. He agreed for us to visit and agreed to the price. We carried out the service with the customer present, and the customer signed our Service Completion Certificate on the day. Despite our logo being clearly shown on our paperwork, vehicle and printed on our engineer's uniform, the gentleman mistook us for another company - one that he had already paid for a boiler service.

COMPLETE NEW BOILER INSTALLATION

I was helped through the process of getting a new boiler installation by a man named Andrew. He was so very helpful and kept in contact throughout the process. No days of waiting for replies, he was straight on it. It was a bit complicated, as it was an insurance job, but Andrew handled it really well for me. The chap that put my new boiler installation in was Jake. He was hard working, clean and tidy, and above all polite. The boiler is smart looking and is functioning well. Thank you everyone that helped and assisted me at boilercare. I would give more stars if I could. Cannot fault the service that was given. Will definitely recommend.

Great service.

Great service.
We were having issues with our boiler. We emailed UKBC in the morning and Andrew phoned back almost immediately. He arranged for Sean to come out and assess the problem the same day. Sean explained that because of its' age the boiler could keep having problems and advised replacing it. We agreed and Jake had installed a new boiler by noon the next day.
All done in just over 24 hours and no more problems. Very happy with UKBC. Thank you.

Professional and Attentive Support

The team were excellent during the installation of new boiler, pump and controls, explaining as they went along.
Two component failures were dealt with very speedily - including taking phone calls during the evening.

UKBC boiler installation: efficient, effective and very helpfulry friendly

UKBC were really responsive to a difficult situation. We were asking them to install a new boiler for an elderly relative, local to them but at some distance from us. They provided clear information about the product and obtained it swiftly even though this was over the Christmas holiday. The engineer arrived on time, installed and checked the new boiler efficiently, set up the thermostat and programme for our relative and left the home clean and tidy afterwards. It's a far better boiler than the one which was replaced - and UKBC told us it would be. The costs came in exactly on the quote. Supporting paperwork is clear and sent promptly.
But what really makes the difference is how sensitive and understanding they are to the customer's needs. They are always friendly on the phone and always respond quickly if anything goes wrong (as it did with the old boiler they replaced) even over a public holiday. That sort of service is rare nowadays. A great firm.

Rang uk boiler care regarding domestic…

Rang uk boiler care regarding domestic heating boiler, explained the problem to Andrew which was the gas cutting in then having to reset the boiler, gave the fault code and all the boiler details. He and I came to the same conclusion that it was a gas valve problem.
Made appointment heating engineer came the following day with a new gas valve did the usual checks on the boiler before replacing any new parts, checked the gas meter there’s the problem faulty gas meter, low gas pressure hence the boiler cutting out all the time. The engineer rang Cadant the gas company explaining the problem within a couple of hours a new gas meter was installed all checks done and everything back to normal, excellent service
by uk boiler care highly recommend and no hesitation in using again.
