Installation of new boiler and controls

Installation of new boiler and new radiators.

Very good service from initial consultation to end of the process
Sean gave a very honest and helpful quotation, no pressure and helpful advice. Installation of new boiler was completed with no problems and very little mess. Adam arrived when he said he would and worked tirelessly to complete the job with minimal disruption. Site was left clean and tidy .All in all a very professional and competent company, cannot recommend highly enough

Replaced big combi boiler with integral…

Replaced big combi boiler with integral water storage with smaller and simpler boiler. Easy to contact and liaise with and very professional. Work done efficiently and very competently. Nest thermostat added. Recommended.

An excellent installation

An excellent installation carried out with minimum fuss and mess. I cannot speak too highly of the installation engineer who is a credit to his company.
Based on my dealings with UKBC I would highly recommend them to others for boiler installation.

Great service from UK Boiler care…

Great service received yesterday from UK boiler care. Engineer arrived on time and was polite and friendly throughout. He had my boiler up and working again in less than 20mins! Very happy customer. I am looking to sign up to their care plan which looks very reasonable compared to others!

I can't be positive enough about UKBC…

I can't be positive enough about UKBC and the work they did. Right from the start they were honest, professional and a pleasure to work with. Sean visited and was really good coming up with creative suggestions and designs that were much better than anything anyone else had suggested. He left us with options and timescales for us to get other quotes.
No-one else came anywhere near to inspiring the level of confidence we had with UKBC and Sean, so we went with their installation. This was agreed with a very quick turn around, with Ben due to arrive a week later.
Again I can't be positive enough about Ben's work. He was great. Very personable, hard working and extremely thorough. He did a brilliant job getting everything set up and installed in the two days as agreed.
The end result: a complete game changer. We couldn't be more happy with the end result of a system that works perfectly.
Brilliant service UKBC - thanks!!

we recently had a company called…

we recently had a company called ukboiler care fit a boiler in the property we rent. the person they sent to do the work was constantly leaving the door open. he also kept putting his battery charger on without even asking if it was OK to do so. he was very derogatory about us ."they only rent and don't have a choice ". he was also getting constant phone calls .so he stopped working every time the phone went. we had to have them back today to sort out jobs that hadn't been done right.
then to be told he wouldn't be coming back to do anything else. he was really rude about the letting agency and as tenants we shouldn't of even been talked to about them.

then maybe tell that to who ever fitted the boiler. he went in to great detail about our letting agency and how you are stopping all work for them. so no reply to how rude he was about me only RENTING or using our electric to charge his power tools without asking and being on the phone constantly discussing a whole range of topics including sports rifles and scopes especially when there are children in the house.
May be re-educate your employees on how to represent your company in a professional manner

Our engineers open external doors in order to work safely given the COVID situation. Furthermore, our engineers will not discuss any aspect of the letting agency with the tenant - in line with our long-standing policy when working in rental properties.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. Reported a fault in the morning and had a call back to arrange a visit within 45 minutes. Engineer attended a couple of hours later (stuck valve switch) and had it all up and running again.

Compare this with standard British Gas appointments which are 1-2 weeks in the future (if you're lucky).

EXCELLENT- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

EXCELLENT! Sean visited to inspect and quote. Very knowledgable and gave sound advice. NO hard selling - just the FIXED PRICE quote by e-mail.
A convenient installation date was arranged less than a week later when ADAM OAKLEY arrived on time. Installation completed in one day very efficiently, including the electricians arriving to make the appropriate safe connections Everything was left neat and tidy and all rubbish removed. Paperwork was explained and handed over. Well done Adam, particularly for the neat and tidy brickwork repair! Warranty was registered by UKboilercare and I received the papers the next day, together with the Building Regulation Certificate.
Overall I could not have been more pleased with the whole process and I cannot recommend Ukboilercare highly enough.

Impressive and reliable service!

I have a silver package which costs me £12.99 per month. I have had to use the repair services a few times. It's great how quick they arrived and how easily they fixed everything. I would definitely recommend UK Boiler Care to everyone!!!
