I've recently signed up to their Gold Cover Plan for several rental properties and my personal home. Dave, the engineer, turned up early and was extremely polite, professional and considerate to the current COVID-19 social distancing and safety guidelines. Communication throughout the process was excellent and I have full confidence in the company. I have already recommended the plan to my friends, family and neighbours.

I was contacted within an hour and my service was booked the same day. Simple easy to use the system. The engineer who came was very efficient and friendly.
Would highly recommend it.

They were extremely helpful in fixing my boiler when it broke down, they responded really quickly and helped with everything. Couldn't recommend higher!

Arrived on time no mask no thought of covid at all Front door left wide open all the time of the job Left house in mess in hurry to leave at least 15 calls mostly from mother sitting on my bed to answer

Adam Oakley was on time and worked relentlessly to get the instalation completed. A part was missing however he was able to source the relevant part. This obviously delayed him. His working area was left clean and tidy

I have a really good experience with UK Boiler Care, all staff were very professional and helpful, the gas engineer Adam really did a great job he did explain me every step of the job, how long it's going to take and every time I have a question he will happily answer and explain, he always tidy up after his work, I couldn't ask for more. had a new boiler ,,done as promised ,has been first class ,,for three months now,, a tap stuck and the engineer was round one day later to fix it for us ..really good company, I would trust them always ..as good as their word thank you UK boiler care .brian little

Great service. Solved a problem we’d had for years that other outfits couldn’t. Very happy with all aspects of installation. We had a new boiler. Unlike the others thought went into the diagnosis BEFORE undertaking work.

Fast informative new boiler fitted within 48 hrs of first phone call excellent.

Good service, the engineers were professional and tidy in their work. The original quote was delivered quickly and the advice was much appreciated. The new boiler works perfectly!

A little hick up with radiator temperature and slight loss of water pressure but running alright at the moment.
