Disappointing

Very disappointed, an appointment was booked for this evening 10/6/2020 for a quote for a new boiler and radiators . Special arrangements had been made our end to make sure that my wife and I could be here in readiness for his arrival. But no one turned up, no email or phone call.
Sadly, I will now look elsewhere !

Unfortunately, the customer got the Quote visit date wrong. We were booked to visit to Quote at 6PM on 11/6/20 NOT the 10/6/20. We use an automated booking and email confirmation system so he would have been sent an email confirming a Quote visit for the 11/6/20 on the day he was first contacted by telephone to arrange our visit.

Another very satisfied customer of Ukboilercare

The engineer Ben who came to install the boiler done a superb job, in some difficult situations he over came the obstacles with flying colours.
He has a vast knowledge of his profession which he showed from the start to the finish.
He is very friendly, down to earth and very trustworthy person, he made sure all debris
were cleared at the end of the day and left the house nice and clean.
And finally, i will not hesitate to recommend Ukboilercare Ltd to anyone who is planning to have their Boiler replaced in the future, their prices are very reasonable too.

Needed boiler urgently

Needed boiler urgently, UK Boiler Care were able to supply and fit very quickly, they installed a new boiler and also an Accumulation Vessel which helped to increase our water flow. The engineers are very polite and professional, they worked very efficiently, taking away the old boiler was all organised even the electricians came at the exact time they were needed. There were a couple of teething issues mainly the Nest not syncing and a few of our radiators needed new valves, which was not down to them, however they came the next day and replaced them and also sorted the Nest. Overall very pleased with the service.

New boiler

The boiler was fitted inside the spare bedroom cupboard, all the clothes, furniture and bed covers were left covered in a thick layer of brick dust, I’d have expected your engineer to use dust covers?
Disappointing and a lot of washing/cleaning to do!

Dust sheets/covers were used during the installation. However, we requested in advance that the soft contents of the bedroom be removed prior to the installation.

Great job

First class, Ben the fitter arrived on time, got straight on with the Instalation. Once the boiler was fitted all the radiators we’re checked and the system balanced. All the mess was cleaned and the surfaces swept before the fitter left he explained all the settings and timers. All in all a first rate job, thank you.

Highly Recommended and Very Professional

I did a lot of research before deciding which companies I had in to provide me a quote to replace my 20 year old boiler that had failed. After narrowing it down to three organisations I got on the phone to them all. UK Boiler Care were the first to respond (the other two were a large "top 5" company and an online organisation that had been recommended by a friend). I had a call from the office and Carrie was very helpful, aware that I was without heating a visit was organised the next day. The other two companies couldn't get anyone out for over a week.

Sean visited us the next day and was very knowledgeable, helpful and made some intelligent recommendations to ensure the right boiler was chosen to suit my home and its requirements (including making sure the new boiler would fit the existing pipe work to save the need for additional labour and time). The quote was drawn up and printed for me there and then and an estimate of timescales provided. As a matter of being conscientious, I called the other two companies again to advise them I had a formal quote but to no avail, their time scales had slipped even more.

I decided to go ahead with Sean and his team and I have to say, the service was impeccable, very thorough and fast. Carrie organised all the paperwork for me and advised that a cancellation had come up for the following day - so it was all organised. Ben turned up bang on time the next morning, I got him a cup of tea and he cracked on. No messing around, very friendly and completed the job the same day. Went through everything for me, made recommendations about how to manage the heating system better via pump settings etc too which will help efficiency for the future.

All cleared up, tidy and removed all the old system. An absolute pleasure to deal with and come highly recommended. A breath of fresh air from an industry that is known to have some quirks but I cannot compliment them enough and a big thanks to all the team at UK Boiler Care for a cost effective, prompt and professional service.

Amazing Caring Service From Start To Finish

My boiler was condemned on October 4th and I contacted my local council to help me pay for a new one. They were very slow in acting on my needs and even though I have a Chronic Illness they did not agree the finance until 22nd December. UKBOILERCARE were on the phone to me almost daily from the time that the council had said they could do the work (almost a month previous to the actual date they agreed the work could be started) we had to wait until we received a letter of approval from the council before work could commence. I finally got my boiler fitted and working by Jake from UKBOILERCARE after arranging it all with Andrew before receiving the letter and emailing and calling the council upto four times a day in the three weeks leading up to Christmas.
I cannot thank UKBOILERCARE enough. It was/is the best Christmas present ever. I have heat and hot water. Amazing service from start to finish.

This company i would have know problems…

This company i would have know problems recommending the workmanship was excellent price was very good and as for the company they were in touch with me on a regular basics the workers were smart and cleared up as tbe went along i would certainly recommend this company i give them 5 STARS
