Scam artists

THIS IS A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE.

When you google a loan they come up appearing as a loan provider but they are not.

They are a scam artist company that takes money for a service other companies provide for free, they really are the lowest of the low.

Every single employee there is a criminal and deserves a long prison sentence - nasty evil company exploiting people.

All visitors to our website are made clearly aware of the Financial Monitoring service we offer, the initial free trial period and subscription costs thereafter at the point of sign up, and must provide their personal information, including their payment details, and positively agree to the terms of our service through a series of tick boxes prior to their application being accepted and processed.

These details are further reiterated within a series of emails that we send to every customer at the very start of their free trial, providing a 14-day window in which to fully use the service and it’s benefits without limitation, and cancel without charge should the service not meet their expectations.

Our mail server logs confirm these emails were successfully delivered to your inbox and opened the day after you created your account.

Our system also shows that you, or an individual with full access to your credit history, successfully completed your Knowledge based authentication by answering a series of questions based on your financial history for the last six years from our Credit bureau partner in order to access your full credit report within our online secure portal.

You also changed the payment preference method by electing to make your subscription payments following the free to use 14 day trial via direct debit, and accepted our invitation to take advantage of the various benefit and discount services included within our free trial.

You cancelled your account the following day via email, no subscription payments were ever collected from you in respect of our services.

While we may appear in search results for financial queries, your chosen search engine provider, Google, determines which sites appear based on their own algorithms. We do not have control over the specific terms that Google chooses to associate with our listing or how they display them to you.

We are understandably disappointed that you have chosen to leave a poor review, labelling our firm and those who work hard to help customers as criminals.

Beware these are the worst companys you…

Beware these are the worst companys you will think you are getting a loan but that couldn't be more far from the truth they will actually do the opposite and take money from your bank for signing up to them they like to trick people thinking you are just about to get a loan so you put in your bank account details then you are signed up with them and they will charge you £29 a month luckily I didn't sign up with them because I noticed in small print that they will charge you £29

Excellent and patient support from Louis.

I had a telephone consultation with Louis from the UK Credit Ratings and he was extremely helpful, I'm not very confident with computers, but he patiently guided me step by step through what I needed to do on my screen.

Louis was very kind, calm and clear in his explanations, and he took the time to make sure I understood everything. What could have been quite confusing for me was much easier because of his patience.

i sited that money was taken from my…

i sited that money was taken from my account without my authorisation, i emailed them dierctly and a confirmation email was recieved advising thata refund will be issued with 10 days. at least the money will come back to me. matter resolved.

Scammed

Just noticed I’ve been charged £29.95 a few weeks ago from this company and they set up a direct debit for this £29.95 to be taken monthly. I have never even heard of them and definitely didn’t sign up for this. I would like my money back.

Superb.

Louis help and support was superb. He was able to assist me with my query and the result was great. I was able to cancel my account without any problem. Louis was such a pleasant and very helpful customer support member of staff. It is a shame you do not get that kind of service from many other companies. He deserve this 5* rating.

If it were possible to give a 0 rating, I would. This UK Credit Ratings is a confirmed scam. I did not sign up for any direct debits. They took my money, and they will even confirm to you the devices you used to log in and the VPN. They are scammers and internet hackers.
