I'm really dissatisfied with this service.
First of all, I requested to leave the service the day I trialled it.
After realising they had been charging me, I called up and the person on the phone was actually very nice. He offered me a refund for 3 months worth of subscriptions as I hadn't logged into the account, which I was happy about.
I then only received a refund for one month. When I emailed the company to ask about the other two months, I kept getting emails back to say I needed to wait 10-14 days and that it had been processed.
It is now day 17 and it still hasn't hit my bank. I don't think they processed the refund correctly to be honest. I think they only processed one accidently, as why would one payment come in and not the rest?
The issue isn't the mistake, it's the lack of clear and polite communication. The emails are abrupt and rude and there is no apology or explanation as to why it has happened. I would have been more than happy if they'd said "apologies, we will process the other two transactions", but instead I've been met with one line emails and misunderstood replies from emails where I have very clearly stated the payments missing.
I even wrote an email explaining I had waited the 14 days + some. I then received another email telling me to wait 10-14 days for the refund...
If you are going to go with this company, I'd suggest giving them a call, because their online team are unhelpful and rude. The only reason you got an extra star is because the guy on the phone was friendly and helpful. He didn't process the refund correctly, but at least he spoke to me like a human being.

Had an issue where I hadn’t cancelled my membership after the 14 day free trial and spoke with Isaac from customer care team who was extremely helpful and instantly corrected my mistake. Very easy to speak to and happy to help.

I had a confusion and fright with money coming off my account and no clue as to why. Luckily it was with a code which led me to call uk credit rating. GIUSEPPE was wonderful. Explaining everything quickly and simply he calmed me down immediately and fixed everything straight away.

Never heard or had anything to do with this company and they took £24.95 from my account. God knows how there was a direct debit set up which I have now cancelled! I havent even had the need to look at my credit score in recent times so how did they manage to set this up without my knowledge
