It was very fast

It was very fast, which I appreciate because I had completely forgot to check whether I needed a visa or ETA when visiting from Iceland and only remembered about 4 hours before my trip!

Watch out for hidden costs!

The site claims they only charge "administrative fees." However, it was only after I paid that I noticed a €147 charge on my credit card. It was only then that I realized no clear price was shown on the payment screen. This was a very unpleasant surprise.

I also sent them an email regarding this issue, but to this day, I have received no response.

It’s a SCAM


@uk eta online: you have my details so you can reach out to me for a refund. Your helpdesk email address is not active.

Advertise with 20 gbp per visa but without any notice your confirmation email shows they charged 145 gbp oer visa. Absolute scam. Would never use again.
