They literally scammed us

They literally scammed us, i put in all of my info and creditcard details. Then i saw the outrageous amount of €600. I immediately closed the website and did NOT approve of the payment. 5 days later they took €600 from my credit card. They haven't provided any documents of the ETA and not even a single email. SCAMMERS!!

Avoid this website!!!

I cancelled my application within one hour and requested a full refund after being charged 340 USD. The price was not sufficiently clear before payment. There will not show you the price at all , i found it onely from bank account. onely what I recieved that they will return money back in 5-7 business days. Six business days later, I am still waiting for my refund and have not even received a payment receipt.so don’t try to write, that you don’t have my information. You didnt send me anything!

Use the official UK Government website instead, eventough this looks like official. If I will not recieve money back tomorrow, i will inform authorithies

High service fees, not clearly visible - do not recommend!

Advertised the UK ETA fee was to be 20 GBP, but charged my credit card with 163.98 USD! The note about the service fee was not well visible and I wrongly assumed this was a government website. I did not receive any e-mail confirmation on whether the ETA was confirmed. Please re-imburse me either with the full 163.89 USD, or minus the 20 GBP if already issued.

Misleading

Er staat dat een ETA $20,- kost. Ga je naar het afrekenen dan wordt er ineens meer dan USD 300 gevraagd! Dat is gewoonweg frauderen. Let op dat je niet op betalen klikt.

The website states that the ETA costs US$20, but when you proceed to payment, the total suddenly jumps to over US$300. This is highly misleading and appears to be fraudulent. Be careful and do not click the payment button.

ETA Document Submission Mistake

During the submission of the necessary documents I made a mistake. So, I had to ask customer service to help me resolve the issue. They did it right away, helping me with the correction, in order for tmy family to travel hassle free to Great Britain.

Insane fees scam travellers.

They ask for 20GBP and add +100GBP in fees without properly informing you in the process. Great for scamming travellers.

Do not get your ETA's from them.

Update:
I got 50% back after having a chat with their customer service but they wouldn't refund down to the original amount displayed: 20GBP (in my case 40GBP since I needed two ETA's). I still couldn't choose anything other than "Rush" or "Super Rush" when applying.

My curiosity peaked when I had been asked for 20 GBP + 100+ GBP for additional services, so looked for official gov.uk app where I paid those 20 GBP and receive result almost immediately.

Parasitic web. Their fake reviews are a joke.

Careful this is a fraud

Careful this is a fraud.

Firstly, this website pretends to be official government website, which is not.

Secondly, it doesnt disclose the fees which are actually due. The website informs you that the fee for such ETA is 20 GBP and then they charged us without warning 680 USD.

Lastly, they never delivered. They comment everywhere, that the payment is for premium services. The truth is, that we haven't heard back from them at all. So even this "service" has not been delivered.

Avoid at all cost.
