Careful this is a fraud

Careful this is a fraud.

Firstly, this website pretends to be official government website, which is not.

Secondly, it doesnt disclose the fees which are actually due. The website informs you that the fee for such ETA is 20 GBP and then they charged us without warning 680 USD.

Lastly, they never delivered. They comment everywhere, that the payment is for premium services. The truth is, that we haven't heard back from them at all. So even this "service" has not been delivered.

Avoid at all cost.

They charged me over 300 euros without…

They charged me over 300 euros without warning, even though I declined the transaction on my bank app. As of now, I don't even know if I will get a refund.

Update: I got the refund, so I'll update my review to 2*. I still think it's overpriced and dodgy

SCAM

SCAM-You fill in infromation and get info you only have to pay 20 pounds before you start. At payment checkout no information about pricing until you filled in your card information. To suddenly see they charge you 147 euro's. Even when I cancelled mid payment they still took my money. Tomorrow will visit the bank and probably the police station.

It makes you think is the official

It makes you think is the official portal and asks for the official fee (20 pounds).

For surprise, when you continue it goes to your payment portal before showing you the extra fee they add. Even when I rejected in my payment portal they still holded the amount.

I requested a refund and they indicated they will refund in 5-7 days. I will update the stars and Reddit accordingly with the result if positive (I get refunded). Otherwise proceed legally.

Total scam

Total scam. They advertise with the standard fee of 20 pounds per person but the actually price 125 pounds for a transaction which only takes 5 minutes in total! I contacted them through their website and no response.

Just got scammed by this company

Just got scammed by this company, they only displayed GBP 20 plus service fee without clear indicationof the real service fee, and i got charged 160 USD.
Only use the official UK website, this company is a complete scam!!!
