After holding on for 58mins, I finally got to speak with someone. Your representative was helpful and courteous to deal with, however he was to provide a telephone number in the subsequent email sent but unfortunately the number was not provided.

Many properties unavailable.
I wanted to monitor a property but it’s listed as unavailable as the database postal address doesn’t match.
I also wanted to monitor a property in Scotland but now realise that the service only covers England and Wales.
When registering for the service was sent an email containing both username and password. This is very bad practice for IT security. The password can be changed at first login, however passwords should not be sent by email along with usernames.

Cancelling UKLandRegister subscription
UKLandRegister is set up to look like the official Land Registry website - but it is not. You are paying for a service which is free from the official UKLR website.
When I realised my error in registering, I couldn't cancel my credit card payment immediately. So I sent an email to the company using the information clearly provided on the website. The company has a 14-day cooling-off period. I was hopeful of a response from the company concerning cancellation and a refund.
When I heard nothing after 14 days, I disputed the charge with my credit card provider and obtained an immediate refund.
