Well, we were shocked! We expected the phone to ring for ages! We got through on the phone almost straight away. Andy then called us back. He clearly understood what our problem was, which was fairly complicated, and resolved it smoothly. He kept in touch on What’s App and then when we got a really quick application number, Samantha then sorted expediting the matter for us. This matter has been so stressful for us and we expected a complete farce to be honest. But the Land Registry staff are amazing! Thank you!!!!! Incredibly grateful!

Easy to fill in form and no problem with password change but had to put in the title number as my address did not come up as being registered when I entered it

Easy to register for Property Alert after hearing on Radio 4 that it is easier for fraudsters to re-register homes that do not have a mortgage. The alert service will inform me if any searches are carried out on my property.

Overall our experience was not great with land registry very stressful and time consuming online so I would have said 1 star . However then Andy answered one call and helped us tremendously after that so for him alone I am happy to leave a good review
