I expected to wait a long time, before someone answered my call. How wrong I was, which surprised me.
When I explained the reason for calling, the help I got was amazing. I really appreciate all the effort that has been given to help me. Thank you so much, it is very much appreciated.

I placed my order last night, and by 8:56 this morning, on the last working day before Christmas, it had arrived in my inbox.

Prompt answering of the telephone. Very polite and helpful young lady. Documents arrived the same afternoon as she said they would.

Adam made my experience very easy and he was extremely helpful and pleasant. He explained the process very clearly to me and what would happen next. He waited on the call until I had received the two relevant emails from him and I replied to one of them attaching relevant Death Cert. Once received, he told me he would complete the application by the end of the day and he would confirm this to me once it was done - which he did. This gave me confidence that I had things in hand for my Mother in order that I could let her know. I could not fault my experience this afternoon. Thank you very much!

The lady that helped me, I believe her name to be Nash was amazing, she went above and beyond to help me and explained things in a clear and understanding way. My only concern was the length of time I had to wait for my call to be answered and then was cut off hence having to call back and start all over again .
