Needed a new laptop charger a.s.a.p. Paid for 24-48 hour delivery, but it arrived right at the end of 72 hours, by which time I had bought one elsewhere. The invoice inside was addressed correctly but came from a different company for an amount less than half what I paid.

Drop shipment website. Total scam. They buy from petrolscooter ebay shop and give them your address to send to. They then charge you double what they sell it for. Do not buy!

Still waiting - no communication
I ordered a replacement laptop charger for my laptop on 29th September. As of 15th October I have not received it. To ascertain what has happened I replied to the contact email at the company and got no response. I went through the website and have as yet received no response - despite the company saying on the website that they aim to reply between 4 - 24 hours. We are now well over that time scale.
I would avoid. Lateness in postage I can deal with. No communication about it is unprofessional.
